So glad to see you post here! Thank you 😊
It's been way too long! I've got another video already filmed ready for next week! That'll be two in a row!
Exactly what I am looking for. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful! An agenda really is an important factor to ensure a successful meeting that moves things forward.
Love your work! Comprehensive and very practical with daily meetings in real life. Thank you!
Thanks Andy and I'm glad this was useful. I don't think we use agendas to their full potential. A few extra minutes can in creating one can make all the difference to how successful the meeting is. What do you think?
@@kamcoach Yes, I agree. Especially meetings with executives or decision makers usual not more than an hour. Be concise and pre-prepared with the agendas, they will definitely love the professionalism.
That's great advice Andy about decision makers and execs: be concise and prepared! Agree they have limited time and you need to make every minute you get with them valuable.
This is sooooo helpful! Many thanks
Glad it was helpful! My new motto is "no agenda, not attenda"
Awesome 👌
Glad you liked it, Dhawal! Thanks for watching.
Love this. Sharing it on Linkedin. One question is do you find there is a limit to the number of items that should be discussed? Or as many as needed?
I don't think it matters how many agenda items you have as long as you have enough time to give them the proper attention. That's why I like to add the allocated time - because then I can figure out if the meeting is long enough to cover all the topics, need more time, or less agenda items.
