much easier wat use the claw of a hammer you can wedge it down to the wheel spindle then work on ry off by getting it closer the peg that goes up into the chair bottom if it just widens the wheel space you can then work claw under the wheel where the top cover is over the wheel it will pop off easy then just tap spindle to get other wheel out
This chair was fairly easy to put together, the instructions were clear and I was about to follow along with no issues at all. I also added a pillow for lumbar support because although this is a great chair and is comfortable, it’s not necessarily the best if you’re sitting 10+ hrs a day wfh but in all honesty for the price, I didn’t mind at all. It looks great in my space and easily adjusts the height when needed.
Seems useful however when I tried on my stance Philippines office chair... It won't open and it just left scratches on the inner side of the wheels and I think one has a broken branch

I understand the method, but I need a technique adapted for women. Most of us do not have that much muscular strength in our hands. Also I would probably need a hammer to tap the wheels back in place. When I can afford it, I will swap out the existing wheels for roller blades. Those look less likely to trap debris.
After struggling for an hour on only one wheel, without releasing all the snag, this wonderful video made my day!😅

before you separate the casters, put a few drops of oil, it will make it easier and you have less risk to break the caster.

...just do the same thing. you don't need that much strength...
Resorting to a glue gone product, it made working with the wheel better as the bonded dirt holding hair, dissolved around it.
