What's with the sound? I'm barely able to hear it and it keeps cutting out. I hope they get it fixed, it's really hard to follow when you can't hear the questions.
1:25 Look at his side of the courtroom... only 1 person sitting on his side. Look at all the people on the prosecution side. That speaks volumes. I followed this case and watched the trial and everytime the camera focuses in on him he looks so creepy. No emotion, just a dead stare like he wants to kill someone. He was such a creeper that even if the jury would've found him not guilty for the death of the poor lil boy he wouldve still spent several years in prison cuz he was grooming and asking 16yrs for private pics. Absolutely disgusting. But I also think the wife should be in a cell too. Watching her reaction and the things she says minutes after finding out her baby is dead. She whispers to him "Did u say too much?" She had no tears no emotion and kept telling him "it's okay, it's okay" basically she was saying its okay that u killed our son. I don't know how she wiggled herself outta charges cuz she 100% knew something. She was involved somehow. I truly believe that
I know the media need to learn how to mic a courtroom if they are going to live stream the court sessions because they are doing a bad job at it lately.
is or was the wife ever questioned regarding her participation with helping to plot her sons death? if not she needs to be. I think they BOTH felt that if they didnt have copper, their marriage and finances would be better off .what kind of mother doesn't show ANY remorse or asks her husband of "he said to much" when she finds out what happened to her precious baby boy?!? smh
if she was involved in any way im sure he will sing like a canary once convicted as of now he's claiming it was an accident so saying anything of her involvement right now would be admitting it was planned.
she was questioned of her involvement but police could not prove her involvement. I was wondering how they could prove from home computer that it was actually Ross Harris that did the searches. On his work computer you could prove it but the home computer you can prove searches were done but not by who . Police ruled her out too quick in my opinion .The things she was saying when police allowed her to go in with Ross to me were very suspect.
@@darcyann66 And didn’t she try to rationalize it at the child’s funeral? Didn’t she say something like “he’ll never have to suffer bullying” or some other nonsense?
He’s obviously guilty but the car wasn’t hid out of sight. How is it that no one noticed that poor baby, he must have been screaming at Some point I would have thought
4 years late but... Prosecution associates at counsel table staring at jury and their reactions. My opinion, a bit overkill on the opening statement and redundant . I see defense OS is just as long.
sure he is mad: he thought he had a fool proof plan because unfortunately it is becoming much more common for parents to forget their children and leave them in a hot car. He cannot believe he got caught murdering his poor innocent sweet child. I hope he Is found guilty.
This case reminds me of Alec Murdaugh. The were both so confident that the police would readily accept their narratives, that their own credibility was so compelling that no questions would be asked.
Sound issues were beyond our control due to low mics in the courtroom. They have adjusted them.
Wishing I had hearing aids because listening to this is like pulling teeth
Thanks for posting this trial

the prosecutor softens his voice for effect.... very annoying

The audio is not good...
Just grab some headphones and you can hear it much better. :)
Speed it up to 1.25 it's a bit better
Thank you!
Pleaseeeeeeeeee fix the audio. :(
The volume is so bad. Wish I could hear all of it.
will you be recording the whole trial? I hope so!
is it skipping audio or is it the prosecutor? he's not doing a very good job on his opening statement, jumping around 2 much

agreed. not nearly as polished as you'd expect for all the prep.
Will you be at the sentencing hearing for AZ vs Ryan Reed and Allison Clement in the murder of 2yr old Savannah Cross? It's Oct 21st.
Can't hear anything

That is so sad... poor little Cooper

Never late. 😆
Harris is looking mad.

he makes me sick...
the pros looks a little like harris. its the sunken eyes.
Matthew Wheeler omg I've been thinking the same thing!

The audio is so awful
Not a fan of this prosecution’s opening statement. He jumps around too much.
These attorneys need lapel mics at least if they are going to walk around.
Damned good thing the verdict wasn't based on this opening statement! The worst prosecution opening ever ... not even at 1.75 speed is he bearable.
this audio is the worse
