    Perfect! There should be a law which requires EVERYONE to do this set of stretches, inversions and balances every morning…I’ll get onto it. Happy Advent! xx

      Hi Sharon, you have the perfect attitude 👏 listening to your body and the flexibility will return as long as you are kind to yourself and don't overdo it. Not sure if you are aware but I have a 100 days of yoga challenge running at the moment?     I can try most of these, but frankly my body is so stiff I cannot move with the looseness of this

      Hi Dean, I have lots of videos to choose from, maybe try a chair yoga practice to begin with 🙏🧘‍♂️ hope you find it helpful. I have over 400 videos, so hopefully you will find one that works for you. Remember to be kind to yourself, go gently and gradually your flexibility will improve. 👇
