That unison Zen-Oh is a very good card for tempo decks because he gives you +2 energy on your turn to play more AND is able to wipe the entire playing field. Barrier is an affecft that makes it so cards cant be targeted by skills so it saying ignoring barrier means it dont care who you are, back in the deck.

The way Rise Of The Unison Warriors packs work now is that the 2nd last card will always be the Foil, however this could be C, UC or R. The last card will then always be a Rare or higher, however the Rare may not be foil so you could get non-foil rare or you could get SR/SPR/SCR that are Foil
