soft limits, usually you can add a couple of numbers anyway? Contact support and ask them to lift the soft limit on number of phone numbers. You do not need a support contract to ask for soft limit changes.
@@peterbuswell7966 it's a few account. And I have no numbers claimed. Was trying to claim my first number. I've seen others posted the same issue but no resolution.
@@KastkingAngler Did you have a credit card in place on the account? The purpose of the soft limits is to keep folks from running up a fraudulent credit card balance. Contact support and ask for the soft limit on number of phone numbers be increased.
Sometimes when the account has no billings or is just not old enough the phone numbers can't be claimed - even so they can't be claimed even if you're in the right bracket for AWS - Usually support give an answer within a day
