Absolutely fantastic work Coach and Ted! What I'd do and the lengths I'd go to get a Flores 101 course on this scheme and all the looks and pressure packages Flores sets forth.
You're 5-0 package 2 part series was fantastic and already IMMENSELY helpful.
I think Flores is a true innovator and one of a kind in the defensive driven coach space at the NFL.
That's certainly no disrespect to Zimmer, Anarumo, Fangio, Belichick, etc.
I just think Flores does an exceptional job and creating seemingly unsolvable problems for offenses and forces high stakes outcomes.
    TEACH ME COACH VASS!

This is so good. I would love more of these. Flores' scheme is particularly fun to watch, especially with the pieces the Vikings had last season. Ivan Pace Jr., Metellus, Harrison Smith, Danielle Hunter... it was always interesting to see what Flores did.

This is so dope! Would a possible RB swing screen work? If the offense is showing a 7 man protection and slides away from the RB and the back crosses the QBs face like its about block the rusher and then slips to opposite side by the TE to catch the screen could this be effective. Still probably a tough pickup on 3rd and 8+

Coach Vass..... pretty amazing. If the OL slides to me drop out.... genius....
Would the Pistol help offenses? With that look at 11:20 you could run Speed Opt to the left.

That would certainly help but Pistol isn't great for protection because of the angles

I'm a Vikings fan. This defense worked in our game against Carolina. It totally failed against the Chargers (Keenan Allen had a massive game). It won't work against the best QBs. We play KC next. I predict they will slice this defense up.

    Sticky coverage. Great scheme.
