I have the same pc i7 6700 is it still good idea to buy 2060s ? I'm confused about this and there's any bottleneck?

Perhaps it’s worth it, the joke is that the friend who tested it has an undervolted video card, so I’m not yet given how another vendor of the same video card will work.
