Great businessman. I bet he could record and sell both fitness and diet videos. Great shape mentally, physically and financially! Hell, he could sell anything.

he looks great. he looks maybe even better than he did 20 years ago.
he surely would do the TRT and GH prescribed by a doctor.

And tennis it's all about rotation you know getting those shoulders turned on that backhand so important on your and rotation is what really moves my game up to higher level

That's exactly what I'm doing I work out on a cardiovascular bicycle here that I bought it to Schwinn from the neighbor and I just warm up you know 10 to 15 minutes like you're doing to get the blood flowing and then of course I only do light weights but more reps because I'm 62 as we get older we're not really trying to get big muscles I'm just trying to maintain what I got

Yeah you look cardiovascular fit from doing a lot of walking a lot of hiking and that keeps you going especially I'm 62 so yeah cardiovascular fitness is even more so important but lifting weights maintains your muscles as we get older we get stiffer so we have to stretch

TRT is a good use for him. Better to look like that than like jack!

Yeah I don't do enough stretching I was never motivated I play a lot of tennis but yeah in order to get a little bit more pliable in golf I need a little more flexibility

Yeah I live right near Hagen oaks golf course in Sacramento California it's a beautiful golf course my name is Hagen yeah I play occasionally I go there on the putting greens and the driving range but I'm so bad at golfer that I once released the driver and it went down range on the driving range and you know sometimes I hit a straight golf ball off the putting ranch with an iron that went flying past a bunch of people so I had to learn to really start controlling my grit pressure and to you know at least yell for when I hit a ball that goes wild across the you know the grain that could hit somebody so there's lessons

Imagine if he still played on the tour, seniors or the normal tour, still a force imo. I bet he misses it.

if he did i think he would be playing. He doesn't seem like the type to not do what he wants to.

I've seen a picture yet a poster of you over at I guess it was Greg Norman day over at haggin oaks golf course in Sacramento California and I was just going over there at golf is not my game really I just bought a bunch of clubs over at Goodwill and I was my games tennis and playing that ever since I was a little kid because I was so small that I I had to do an individual sport wear I didn't really compete with others those two second tiniest guy in high school so I played tennis because physically if I got into it somebody everybody was bigger than I was there was only one guy bigger than me he's still alive puglio I just saw my Facebook and he was the smallest kid in high school but the interesting thing is he was the smartest kid in high school and he was so smart that he was smarter than all the teachers that were American high School so they had to transfer him out of high school cuz it was a waste of time from The graduate and the college early the guy was just so smart and he was so tiny though no bigger than a hockey puck but the guy had more brains than everybody else's
