Personally as a carousel seller, I find it very suspicious why anyone would ever request full payment first before collecting an item. I always requested a 10% payment to also cover shipping then a full payment only when the seller sends me a photo of the recieved item in use.

I have ran buy and sell with carousell, and was never scammed since I do only exchanges on cash to cash deal. I've sold many photography items also thru it, again most are face to face deal. During CB using the reliable local parcel was also very good and fast!

Why are some of the victims so stupid to pay in advance for concert tickets?
I did purchase a concert ticket through twitter a few years back. But it is cash on delivery (not payment in advance) and I went in the concert together with the seller's friend who bring the ticket to me.
If you want to buy concert ticket online, make sure it is cash on delivery on the day of the concert and to go in to the concert with the seller (or whoever who pass you the ticket).

Her enunciation and acting totally cmi. Michelle Ng who appeared later in the show is a more convincing police officer than her. Police officers should speak more forcefully and professionally. The police officer speaks like she’s at a friend’s gathering with all the funny high pitches and unsureness in her voice.

The female police office has very bad enunciation and acting. She pronounced ‘Carousell’ as ‘Carouzell’ among other errors. She has a problem with pronouncing all her consonants. Her acting at 10:30 is also cringey. Everyone should learn to be more confident and professional in their delivery.
The Pasir panjang warehouse break-in episode is done very professionally and convincingly with very eloquent police officers.

This show's finally getting better and better! They are much easier on the eyes now, easier to view, and not so cringe anymore 😆.
Before, years ago, the actors were not so easy on the eyes, especially the male actors.
(I guess it's sort of understandable, when the photos of the actual real criminal shows at the endings of each story, the actual criminal really is 🤢🤮 very far from easy on the eyes. )
Now, these Crime Watch stories are so much better! 👍 Viewers can now truly look at all the actors and get into the stories, instead of trying to avoid looking at the actors 🤣.

Ppl who scam others online are also dumb. Your bank account details are revealed and ppl who don’t receive their goods will make noise and alert the police. It’s only a matter of time your crime gets exposed.
Ppl who transfer large amounts of $ before they get their goods are also dumb. ‘Cash on delivery’ should always be the way. If u have to transfer large sums of money, you have to ensure u are dealing with a trustworthy individual or company with good reputation and reviews.
