The interviewer conducted this interview very calmly yet passionately. Amazing energy of both interviewer and Dr. Apala Mishra. Her depth which has evolved makes her a compatible and competent officer for sure.
I have all the respect for their knowledge and hard work but not for the post. I have never seen any civil servant who ACTUALLY bought any significant change in the society. It's all glamour, money, power.. They are extremely talented no doubt, but they're wasting it in the wrong direction. The Real legends for me were : Chandrasekhar Azad Bhagat Singh and many more.. not only because they died for the country but THEY STOOD AND FIGHTED FOR WHAT WAS RIGHT !!

Apala many times say 'SIR' to this interviewer, she have to no her position. You are topper and you to a excellent talking attitude for your position IAS.
It wasn't a big deal for her. She's had a very educated background. In fact, 90% of those who make it to the UPSC come from educated and rich background. Only a few who come from lower middle class r able to make it to the UPSC final list.

This means our system is biased.
