This may sound silly to some people, but I hope there is a dress code, and code of conduct. Not that everyone should dress like it's 1912 in costume, or even that ties and dresses would be required. But if this beautiful ship has a bunch of kids wearing crass t-shirts, and Nike shoes, listening to loud music on earbuds, it's going to ruin the experience I think.

I won't ever be able to afford to go on the new one that they are building but my dream was to go on it though or to see the original. The new titanic ship that they are building might be a disaster again. And only have books in the library that were around at that time. Uber cool! I could see Japanese, Americans, Europeans, people from all parts wanting to live out the Titanic Edwardian style nostalgia times.
DoeDonDoe Yes in an article it said that. And also I read that they're shutting down internet on board as well so that people are forced to have a more authentic experience. Anyway...I'm definitely going to be on board! and I just hope they let you keep the edwardian attire.
I think this is absolutely BRILLIANT!!! And the fact that the idea is to not only rebuild an Iconic piece of History, but also pay tribute to everyone who was involved with Titanic is just outstandingly priceless. I will definitely be taking this cruise.
Well, if this does get completed, I will do my best to secure my self and family a ticket to sail on such a beautiful ship, on the grounds I don't hear the word Jack/ Rose everywhere I turn. My great uncle or Great Great uncle was a first class passenger on the original TITANIC by the name of Edward Austin, who went down with the ship. So it would mean a lot to me to sail aboard this cruise.
And go down with the ship as well ? It would be just like Clive Palmer to stage a sinking , he's such a media whore here in Oz, imagine the world coverage he'd get from a sinking !
I hope Titanic 2 maintains a strict luxury/dress code etc. Can we have a few experiences in this world where you can't wear baseball hats/cut-off shorts/crocs in the dining room or parade around eating areas in a bikini or /speedo. Doesn't hurt any of us to 'clean up' every so often. Guys like to see their ladies looking beautiful and ladies their handsome man in a tie and jacket. No need to be dripping in diamonds. But it makes people be more respectful to one another. Don't want it to simply be another 'booze cruise' ship but a luxurious liner.
Tarn Sand when you get on the ship, there are outfits in your closet. you're not allowed to go into many areas, especially public areas, without an official outfit on.
Tarn Sand well i agree to certain standards. I wouldnt expect folks to remain in early 20th century attire and top hats unless youre just trying to make this ship appeal to rich, stuck up, arrogant snobs with all their money in hand. Otherwise, youre just like Hockley himself if that be the case. Now if this is to be a cruise ship aiming on travels abroad and back then folks should feel the need for casual dress when curiously exploring the vessel and all its amenities and original architecture. Different story, however, if youre dining with the captain or attending formal events that encourage formal attire.
***** understood. Im a pirate reenactor in St. Augustine, FL, and some things or places are restricted to period correct attire, or youre simply not allowed. The Tabirna Bar is like this whenever we do pirate gatherings. Otherwise, its open to modern day folks just passing by. They try to make it as authentic looking to a 17th century pub as possible with tables, sitting, decor, and even it all being candle lit. Of course, there has to be electricty due to safety and health standards, but thats for the sake of hot water and operating the business itself.
***** Oh yeah? Cant say ive ever been to a Renaissance Fair. I've never had anyone to attend with, and i'm not sure my pirate garb would work well in those type places, but why not? People are in shorts and flip flops, right? I attended an event one night in St Aug about The Redcoats and the indians who joined them or faced death. Well i went with a few friends while in pirate garb, and i was a century off, so i was kinda embarrassed. LoL I gotta couple older friends who dress up in the silk dresses and corsettes, and theyre in their 60s, but they pull it off well. Doesnt matter your age as long as youre having fun. Lifes too short not to enjoy it. Personally, id like to get into more events like the R.Fairs or western themed events. Come on out sometime. You'll fit in perfectly in u can stand the heat and humidity of FL. Thats the bad part. Do you make your own attire, or do you buy it? I have a couple friends in FL who make my stuff, but i hardly have anything currently. I wont allow my captains coat to go anywhere! Haha Its so heavy too. I was part of a group called Ancient City Privateers, but i understand its subsidized into another group called Black Heart. We got to carry swords in and out of places along with our black powder flint locks or blunder buses. Aside from all the fun, we volunteered some days for litter pick ups one weekend per month. It was all voluntary, but it helped support the group, our opportunities for local events, and it helped the town. We done a thing called Peg Legs for Pirates to help get $$$ for children in Haiti after that earthquake several years ago. Are you affiliated with a club in California?
+Nickathome Smith Yes, that's the one part about it that sorta makes me sad that there's no more master shipbuilders in Belfast like there was over 100 years ago - at least not that I'm aware of. But if the ship is built well - and I'm sure it will with so much money and materials and PUBLIC SPOTLIGHT on it, well... they'd BETTER do a perfect job!
From what I read Palmer stated that he might resume work on the project in his retirement and also cited 2018 as his new target date. The project may seem dead to many but I've got this strange feeling that he'll pull this one off.
Could you imagine sailing over the sunken Titanic in the Titanic 2? It would be so sad yet incredible. I would be thinking of all those ppl that died that cold night. I'm glad they mentioned the ppl won't be forgotten.
+Chris Schoolfield It's 18 lifeboats like the original had. But those could only hold about 65-75 people. The modern life boats can hold 250 people each I read, more then enough. Unlike the original it's mandatory before leaving port that they practice using the life boats.
Why do they keep referring to the Titanic as a "Cruise" ship??? Here's a hint: THE TITANIC WASN'T A FUCKING CRUISE SHIP, IT WAS AN OCEAN LINER!!!! THERE'S A BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ferries and cruise ships are different. A cruise ship sails out to destinations without going across the major Oceans. A ocean liner is a cruise ship sailing across the major oceans. But still they are considered as a luxury passenger ship. And u don't have to call me an idiot for that. U are not the smartest person in the world so don't come big fuck me.
It's not even being built. Clive Palmer is a liar and a con man. The one being built in China is not his project and will be a permanent part if a theme park.
@@Chabad770Moshiach That is not the sailing ship. That is a stationary theme park attraction. The sailing ship that Clive Palmer keeps talking about has not even been started yet.
To bad this project is now abandoned. (October 2016) As a massive fan of everything Titanic, when i first heard about this i was so excited and now there is a very little chance of this becoming reality. I just don't understand how someone can put in so much effort with designs etc and now follow through. The Titanic II is now just a regular ship it will bring Titanic back to life and from a history perspective people will want to travel on "almost exact" replica of the original. It will change everything and as i previously stated i am a MASSIVE fan of the Titanic and it will make me so happy to see it set sail by 2018. Please Palmer follow through. #BuildTitanic2
Clive Palmer got economic problems. This is the real reason why this project is abandoned. I have heard that a Titanic-replica is under construction. This one will not sail and it will be permanently moored in China. It has nothing to do with this Blue Star Line - project.
This is truly amazing. Prof. Palmer has taken a foundation which was laid over 100 years ago and is building upon it. I applaud this bold project and those who are making it possible for us to experience one of the most famous ships of all time.
I love the idea of this, I love they are re-creating Titanic. If he hadent have done this, I would have when I had the money. I remember being young and wanting to re-build the ship. Wonderful work men! I hope to be aboard one day.
I've been wishing for more than 23 years that someone will rebuild the Titanic and that I will someday be able to experience this ship again with all its facets
Oh no they won't have any of that clive said he will not have any tvs although the internet is a must have due to people wanting to have some pictures taken, and there will be rules when people could have them out. It was in an article read it
and this is why the oasis of the sea cruise ship will be way better then the titanic two cause the oasis is more for the modern generation titanic 2 will be more for the people who watched the movie but this ship compared to the oasis this an insect compared to the oasis you could fit two titanics inside the oasis so ha
+lessofyou Actually, Clive Palmer want's the Titanic II experience to be EXACTLY like it was in 1912. He says he's not even going to put WiFi or any sort of television service on the ship. The only modern equipment will be only for the crew. (Bridge, dining crew, ETC.) And... there's going to be more lifeboats this time :)
MegaKooper123 Well sadly, nobody will buy fare then. Today, if you don't offer gizmo support services, well then the public doesn't want your services.
No offence to the Chinese shipbuilders but they cannot replicate the master interior fitting of the craftsmen who originally built the ship, those men (and women?) of that generation were probably the greatest craftsmen the world has ever seen. We've lost the skill and army of master craftsmen the world once had due to automation, job losses ect... but I'd love to hear that a craftsmen from Northern Ireland were hired again for the build!
This guy is a billionaire. I'm sure he's going to do everything in his power to ensure the quality of the ship lives up to authentic expectations. How can you be so doubtful when you've hardly any knowledge what's going on?
Can't wait to purchase my steerage class tickets. Getting a bunk below the water line next to the Engine room with the ships Galley above smashing out noise 24/7 😂😂
This is the coolest thing I've seen in a long time. I have had an obsession with the story of the titanic since I was a child, long before the movie was ever made. A friend told me that someone was recreating the ship, but I didn't believe her. What an awesome experience it would be to take a trip on the replica!
Any other 999 fans watching this, going, "Oh, I recognize that!" at certain locations? I never looked at any pictures of the Titanic (and I never saw the movie), so didn't know how accurate the Grand Staircase was until I saw it at 9:10. It even has the clock at the top of the stairs! 8:44 looks like the Captain's Quarters in the telegraph room, past Door 1. 9:26 has the Casino past Door 5. 11:28 has the Chart Room (or rather, the room immediately past it, where Ace was) past Door 1. 13:59 has another view of the grand staircase. 15:38 looks kind of like the big hospital room. 16:02 is that same telegraph room as before. Apparently, it's called the Marconi Room. 16:17 has the elevators, which involved one of the best conversations in the game. And finally, 16:21 has the casino again. apparently, it's a smoking room. That was neat.
It's not even being built. Clive Palmer is a liar and a con man. The one being built in China is not his project and will be a permanent part if a theme park.
@@gaijyn1981 Palmer is a laughing stock in the Titanic fan community. He is also facing a prison term for fraud. The pics that people keep seeing on the internet of a Titanic being built in China are of an amusement park attraction.
I'm so excited to see people posting pictures and videos of this beautiful ship! I also think that as long as nobody is cocky or arrogant, and if people realize that everything and anything can be broken in some way, as long as they are prepared and careful, all will be well. Who knows what kind of opportunities this lovely replica will being so many people from all over! :)

He already screwed over an entire town in a nickel mine scam and is now facing a 5 to 10 year prison term in a separate fraud case. Just build it will ya !! Sheesh !! Been hearing about this since I was born...I'm in my 50's so BUILD IT !! I want to go on a cruise to Antarctica and see that huge ice burg!!!! Of course I could only afford ballast class.
***** Yeah I know that back then there were ships that were just as luxurious etc, but I'm saying they could have kept Olympic as a sort of monument to RMS Titanic lol.
It's incredible to read all the negative and ignorant comments regarding this new ship. So many ignorant and superstitious people abound in our world even though it's the 21st Century! Have any of you ever been on a cruise ship sailing anywhere? The service is epic no matter what "class" of room you buy. The food is fantastic! The ports of call are outstanding. In this case of the new Titanic, they will be sailing from China to the Middle East. There are NO ICE BERGS in that area of the world! Get it through your heads once and for all. And by the way, again I'm repeating that this ship will be built by an Australian investor. Why are you all bashing the Chinese? Try to stay on subject and stop going to the point of adding your racist comments about the Chinese and their products. It's just not necessary!
Now I may be late but what about the sister ship RMS Britannic before she became HMHS. Should they build it? Still I’m excited for this replica of the original Titanic.
Dear Blue star line iv loved titanic for 2 long years and i love eveything about it...unfortunatly what i only see is titanic on my computer..i still would love to just sea it and no matere how young you are you can do great things! -Myself
They can't. The lifeboats must be painted in striking colors to localize them easier. They can't put doors or other thing that obstruct its release. If they put doors, it will take more time to set them free. Imagine if the ship sinks sideways like Costa Concordia, it'll be a sure disaster.
Well, I'm not too worried about the orange lifeboats, it makes it look modern. But as a designer, I would've put some kind of black covers to the boats, to make them look black painted.
Hats off to Clive Palmer, this is going to be an epic experience sailing on her and also will help secure the Titanic name for this near future!, a great vision.
Couple of questions if I may; Will this be an "unsinkable" or a "sinkable version of Tıtanic? I guess the maiden voyage will be from Liverpool to New York, on the same date, to honor the lost ones and to complete the unfinished journey. I mean this makes sense, right? Well, that date happens to be the date when icebergs cut into the North Atlantic shipping lanes also. So one may think, while boarding Titanic 2 on that chilly April morning that this may very well be the stupidest mistake a person could ever make. "-What was I thinking?" After all, the Mother Nature does not favor "challenging" names, if you know what I mean.
Really? Oh well. Still cannot help to stop thiking about the voyage on T2. First, I don't think anyone could have a sound sleep deep inside the guts of her. Everyone on board would probably talk and think about the disaster all the time. Nonstop! Even some will see nightmares about going down with Titanic. ...and when they wake up in Titanic, they will probably have a heart attack. Plus, everybody will be at the rails, looking out for icebergs. 27:7. Wonder if they ever thought about pranking the passengers at the exact time and the spot of the accident. At least with the screeching sounds and stuff. ^^
I felt the same thing too. Strange isn't it? But I feel connected with the RMS Titanic too, even by just hearing it's name gives me goosebumps. I feel excited and scared at the same time, I don't know why?! I thought I was the only one.
@@thedemon2380 After almost 7 years after announcing this project, I'm still waiting. Hope that Deltamarine and Blue Star Line will do their best to build ship as soon as possible m

I think it would be an amazing idea to build these ships. I have studied the history of these iconic ships for a few years and whenever I look at pictures of these ships, including the titanic, or I study their incredible history, I almost feel like I am in the decade they existed in and I feel like I am in the century my family grew up in, the 20th century. I also think about the history that occurred in the US and the rest of the world at the time these ships were built and how my family had the incredible chance to be in a century where the greatest moments in history and the greatest creations of our culture were invented, including these incredible ships. So in my opinion, building a Lusitania ll or a Britannic ll would be an amazing moment in history and it would be a wonderful chance to bring these amazing cultural icons back into the world and bring an incredible century full of history to life again!! So in my mind, I say DO IT!!!!!!!
I would give just about anything to sail on the Titanic II! The thought of going back in time....WOW! But I bet it's gonna be so expensive that the average person won't be able to afford it. 😔
But why? This is a tribute to their memory, a terrible event that no man woman or child in history since that icy night has forgotten. By building this and sailing this on the original route, it's showing that they didn't die for nothing, that the ship will prove itself. The ship may have sunk, but it's legacy will never sink. I may not have a lineage connected to this ship, but I would be very surprised if someone who does doesnt feel somewhat happy about this. Yeah, I can see that they might see it in a bad light seeing as their relative died on that ship, but it's still a tribute to their never-dying story, not a slap in the face he built it because he has the money to do it. You can see he has passion in this project. And that shows by him recruiting every superpower country to make the ship as close to the original as possible while also making sure it's properly equipped for any danger. On a personal note, if up to me, I'd want to release the ship during summer when there's less ice in the water, just to be on the safe side.
"More than 100 years ago, THREE BEAUTIFUL SHIPS WERE CONCEIVED: the OLYMPIC, the TITANIC and the BRITANNIC". The fact that almost all people forget or just don't know that the three ships are af the same size and displacement, and the same level of luxury (with minor differences); and that the OLYMPIC was in active 8 months before the TITANIC, can be attributed just to plain and simple ignorance...
www.jmilford-titanic.com/2014/03/differences-between-olympic-and-titanic.html www.encyclopedia-titanica.org/ www.ssmaritime.com/RMS-Olympic-2.htm Enjoy it, and learn some facts. And you know what? Perhaps the most well known example of luxury aboard the TITANIC was the Grand Staircase in the Fist Class section of the ship. Everybody is able to see a pic of the staircase and say "Hey, look that, is the fucking luxurious Staircase of the Titanic!!" Well, there are no original pics of the 1st Class Staircase of the TITANIC: all the pics showing that impressive, iconic, representative example of the luxury aboard the TITANIC are actually THE FIRST CLASS STAIRCASE OF THE OLYMPIC. Yes, very very very minor differences, indeed...
Same level of luxury is very not true. Olympic was the first ship (maiden voyage 1911) and looked almost identical to the Tianic. The biggest difference (outside) was the A-Deck promenade wich by me is uglier than Titanics. The interier had some similarities but Titanic was meant to be far more luxurious and be more attractive to wealthy passengers. Britannic never had a passenger carrer duo to WW1. But Britannic was never meant to be as luxurious as the other ships but still have a big standard. From the outside her design was more like the design of the Titanic than Olympic but her funnels and lifeboats didnt look the same. If I can say what i want i would say that Titanic was beautiful and the Olympic and the Britannic was like the ugly sisters.
Yes the Grand staircases was actually looking almost identical. But compare other parts of the ship. For example the first class dining had some differences. I know that they are very similar but they were so very different at the same time
With all of the immense effort from the Blue Star Line in just the development of this amazing replica, will they build more than one? The original Olympic Fleet had 3 ships, with the 3rd never used for its intended purpose and under a different name. Perhaps the Blue star line could create an Olympic, Britannic, and maybe even the never built Gigantic replica with the same designs as the Titanic II.
Just to let u know, BRITANNIC is the real name of the 3rd ship and TITANIC is the most famous among her sisters. OLYMPIC is much smaller and BRITANNIC is a fucking hospital ship with overload improvements. P.S GIGANTIC was never a name for BRITANNIC. If u see her hull construction, it clearly says BRITANNIC
EC_Reviews The Olympic, Titanic, and Britannic were all built with the same base designs. They were all built to be 882 ft long and 92ft wide. The Britannic was originally going to be named the Gigantic, but was officially named Britannic after the Titanic disaster. Along with the name change the ship was also redesigned to be 2ft wider than her two older sisters and to carry more lifeboats with better lifeboat davits. This delayed her launch until 1915, and it was determined that she would better serve his majesty as a hospital ship for the War. The Gigantic never set sail, instead it's renamed hull was used as a hospital ship and sank less than a year into service. The Olympic was the same size of the titanic and sailed for 24 years. So in total, there is 4 ships in the Olympic class: Olympic, Titanic, Britannic, and Gigantic.
TITANIC is larger then OLYMPIC read there specifications. Her dimensions are completely different when they measure it and plus if u ever look at the hull shipyard at the front, The name says BRITANNIC not GIGANTIC it's a rumour. BRITANNIC is the REAL name. In the H&W order book six months before Titanic sank it alr clearly stated as BRITANNIC and she is taller by a deck. Her title is what's different. She only changed her name from RMS to HMHS. I know them more than your small knowledge and shit believing rumors.
EC_Reviews Are you a troll? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RMS_Olympic en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RMS_Titanic en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMHS_Britannic They are all the exact same size, only the Britannic was 2ft wider. The white star line never officially called the Britannic's hull Gigantic, the ship's builders decided on Britannic, while considering the name Gigantic. After the sinking of the Titanic the white star line lost a lot of money, and then lost even more when the Britannic was requisitioned to be a hospital ship (and even more when it too sank). They never built the Gigantic, many historians believe they wanted to build a 4th ship after the early success of the Olympic; renaming of the 3rd ship's hull, while being built, may be proof of that. The white star line originally showed the Olympic class as to contain the Olympic, Titanic, and Gigantic before any of them ever set sail. Check your "facts" and STOP USING ALL CAPS, it only makes you appear to be electronically illiterate.

Can you guys not only bring the Titanic but also bring her sisters back too :) They're names were RMS Olympic and (well was gonna start with RMS but turned out to be HMHS because of WW1.) HMHS Britannic Olympic was decommissioned in 1926 and Britannic struck a mine and went down off the coast of kea in 1916

ZariusHD™ Why is Edward Austin then not on the passengers list?
Rennbroetchen the records weren't kept as easy back then
And go down with the ship as well ? It would be just like Clive Palmer to stage a sinking , he's such a media whore here in Oz, imagine the world coverage he'd get from a sinking !
RyanPowder Rock20
You think the records wouldn't be accurate For passengers who booked 1st class?
PS
I already know the answer btw
My Great great Uncle went on the Titanic. Sadly he died on it. I would love to go and sail Titanic II
***** sorry for writing so much. LoL. I can easily get carried away.
I just can't wrap my head around this new ship being "Made in China".......
+Nickathome Smith Most ships that are foreign flag are built in china or korea
+Nickathome Smith Yes, that's the one part about it that sorta makes me sad that there's no more master shipbuilders in Belfast like there was over 100 years ago - at least not that I'm aware of. But if the ship is built well - and I'm sure it will with so much money and materials and PUBLIC SPOTLIGHT on it, well... they'd BETTER do a perfect job!

The better have more lifeboats this time.

It's 18 lifeboats like the original had. But those could only hold about 65-75 people. The modern life boats can hold 250 people each I read, more then enough. Unlike the original it's mandatory before leaving port that they practice using the life boats.
+Andrew Krantz Good.

RMS TITANIC ( ROYAL MAIL STEAMER)
Ocean liners and cruise ships

Ferries carry passengers too. Should they be called ocean liners even though they don't cross the ocean? Idiot.
Ferries and cruise ships are different. A cruise ship sails out to destinations without going across the major Oceans. A ocean liner is a cruise ship sailing across the major oceans. I just don't understand how someone can put in so much effort with designs etc and now follow through.
Thankfully they came back to it
I think this is a great project, but the most depressing part is that it's being built in China. Why not Ireland? Bring it back to Belfast!

great project, i am passionated with the titanic. BUT OMFG 16:34 the orange lifeboats make the entire ship look like a joke.
It's an international regulation, they must have them that color.
They can't. The lifeboats must be painted in striking colors to localize them easier. They can't put doors or other thing that obstruct its release. If they put doors, it will take more time to set them free. Imagine if the ship sinks sideways like Costa Concordia, it'll be a sure disaster.

just sayin the replica will look like shit if they dont find a way to hide em

I cannot wait!!! This will be a journey like no other.
Couple of questions if I may;
Will this be an "unsinkable" or a "sinkable version of Tıtanic?
I guess the maiden voyage will be from Liverpool to New York, on the same date, to honor the lost ones and to complete the unfinished journey. I mean this makes sense, right?
Well, that date happens to be the date when icebergs cut into the North Atlantic shipping lanes also.
So one may think, while boarding Titanic 2 on that chilly April morning that this may very well be the stupidest mistake a person could ever make. "-What was I thinking?"
After all, the Mother Nature does not favor "challenging" names, if you know what I mean.

Everyone on board would probably talk and think about the disaster all the time. Nonstop!

I realize that the relatives of the people that died on the ship are offended somehow.

@NinjaKED12 E T
@10:46 "...the experience on the ship will be exactly the same." Are you sure you want to go with that line, Mr. Palmer?
This made me cry a bit in thinking of the lifes that was lost..
Luxury minor differences? And you are speaking of ignorance? No comments...

www.encyclopedia-titanica.org/
www.ssmaritime.com/RMS-Olympic-2.htm
Enjoy it, and learn some facts.
The Olympic did not sink though, she ended her career in 1935 and got scrapped, various parts of the interiour are still out there though :')
There were ONLY 3 SHIPS ORDERED BY H&W. Check your sources properly la

They are all the exact same size, only the Britannic was 2ft wider.
It’s 2018. I don’t seem to be hearing much buzz about this? D:
BOB.org Hey, Where did you hear that? I Heard that the project was abandoned
Heard that it's now finishing in 2019. Hope it's not cancelled.
They said it will make the first voyage in 2022. Hope I got the money :D
I hope they finish I want to sail on this ship!!!!
I hope I get to sail on it, and see New York.
Make sure you book a place in a lifeboat now then.
@@simonh6371 Haha! I'll pack an inflatable dinghy!
I love the hole idea of this new titanic from is very classic clothing 😏 (cuze I love dressy clothing) and I really will enjoy to go on the titanic I wished I could walk the decks of the first one its sad it sunk on my birthday and so many people had died but my dream will come true with this new titanic walking along the decks of titanic 😍 and walking around in the clothing of that time period but I only have two questions...if there is a third class what will the rooms be like...because they got the crappy rooms.....and r we going to be treated like junk if we r in third class because they said it will feel like we r actually there....one las question will we get third class clothing to

Rolfgang ya

This is so great it's almost worth narrating :)
I keep hearing about this damn thing but never see any legit video of it...its 2018, let's see this bad boy! Give us a video tour damnit!
we can rebuild it WE HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY
Can you guys not only bring the Titanic but also bring her sisters back too :)
They're names were RMS Olympic and (well was gonna start with RMS but turned out to be HMHS because of WW1.) HMHS Britannic
Olympic was decommissioned in 1926 and Britannic struck a mine and went down off the coast of kea in 1916
That will cost... Oh let's see... BILLIONS, or maybe TRILLIONS of dollars.
@TrekkieReveiws it was just a thought
Why not only bring one of the sisters back when you can bing all 3 back
*bring
Money and cost reasons.
Titanic Is the most famous among her sisters. Olympic is much smaller and britannic with overload improvements
Why won't they show the third class and under, for poor people?
Jonny because they use First Class and above decks to sale it.
Exactly! Where's the steerage deck?
Even though Steerage might not be as luxurious, it's still nice!
The S.S. United States is rotting away at her moorings, a perfect candidate for something like this, as the original, and yet we proceed in doing something as outlandish and borderline tasteless such as this...
Agreed. Then again, the guy behind this is a loon, so that explains it. The SS United States deserves better; such a beautiful ship she is. Especially after what happened to her sister ship, the America...
What do you mean by 'we'? You have absolutely nothing to do with this project.
There is probably going to be a line at the front of the ship so people can take pictures like jack and rose
I hope the fittings are made without too much plastic and scrimping on detail. If they can pull it off, it will be a real achievement. And fun!
I think they should build it out of Lego.
I think we all know how this is going to end.
Who would have the guts to go on it's maiden voyage? I would love to see it but I don't think I could take a cruise on it, that would scare me to death! I wouldn't be able to eat or sleep! I would probably just stand on the deck next to a life boat with a life jacket on just waiting the "Abandon Ship" call!! It is beautiful but the first one didn't work out so well.......
I would wait one year before considering.
😅😅😅😅 me too
Send Hillary Clinton, Warren Buffett, George Soros all on the maiden voyage.
I think you'll be surprised how quickly the maiden tickets will sell.
I will pay someone to get a fishing boat and tug a fake iceberg into the hull.
lol ok that would be fun to watch
+Matt Leigh i am pretty sure they would tug both that some1 and u behind bars for such trick =D
I'm sure Clive Palmer has a plan. He's such a media whore in this country, think of the press when he decides to give everyone the authentic experience !
lorrane seems this Palmer is a joke, only wanted to advertise his shiti company and himself, Titanic project never started
Matt Leigh Better get your money ready. I heard it should be ready to go in April
Certain to be a global headline event when Titanic II sails past the Statue of Liberty. Look forward to seeing that!
According to Blue star line web page the work on Palmers Titanic 2 project has restarted .
That is a lie. It's not even being built. Clive Palmer is a liar and a con man. The one being built in China is not his project and will be a permanent part if a theme park.
