This song not only feels perfect for Rayllum, but also feels perfect for the relationship between Callum and Primal Magic
Everyone is saying how Callum is like Phillip and Rayla's like Ann.
But I think it's the other way around, you see Rayla trying to gain Callums trust and she kissed him first. But Callum keeps pushing her away because he keeps thinking Claudia is the one for him. And he has the idea in his head that because you just met someone means that your feelings can't be real. And let's be honest Callum and Rayla in the short time the have been together know each other more than Callum and Claudia have figured out from each other in year's. In Callum's like this for Claudia was only based on looks. As his likeness for rayleigh is based on her bravery, her honor, her courage, And everything that makes her Rayla.
I also see your viewpoint, In my perspective it mostly seems pretty even, every relationship start is different.

Dudddddeee there is a great fanfiction on archive on our own called Hard Priorities by Decorated and it is amazing. It's like 100 chapters it's all about Rayllum and how they face racism on both sides together through their travels and as Callum being a prince. Very good also it has a sequel that's really long too. The writing is great! You should check it out. It's a bit mature tho

A word of advice? You could pair the music with what they say. Like when Callum is talking, make the male singer (I know what it's from) be there. And when she is singing, make Rayla talk. You know what I mean?
Yea, I tried to do something like that but it didn’t turn out well.. So I just left it.
