Beautiful . . . the dripping candle chandelier sponge is majestic and anemone garden looks so peaceful. Do you get many of the harbour seals around you over in that area (West face of headland by channel between Bowen and WCliff I am assuming you were)🤿🥽🌊 This year was a dream with open water swimming...so many seals and the many transient orcas in all the various areas showing the hunting grounds for seals to their young.
Did you all see that pay parking (no cash or cards-all app or QR code) is being imposed as a TRIAL this Fall... only residents in district can buy an annual pass tied to residents license plate number no doubt as is the case at Long Beach) No option ever for people to bus in either so people have to take vehicles or locals could E bike of course.

We were diving the wall at Whytecliff you are right! It is pretty amazing. There are a few harbour seals that hangout there every summer, although I've never heard of orcas in the bay hunting, every couple of months there are sightings of orcas passing by though.
So far we haven't seen any pay parking.. We heard about the trial although I haven't heard or seen anything new about it in a few months.
