There are tons of videos and written articles on how to do exactly this, what is really missing is an explanation on how to create individual network shares for users, how to automatically create a folder named after the username and map that folder, not simply mapping the same folder to everyone, so everyone has access to the same stuff.

Why do you share the folder two times?share and advanced share, why you don't go just one way? thank you.

how to make global network drive?
For example, at work I have a computer, there is a statistical IP. How can I make a folder at home so I can work at home on my work computer?
And so that it does not take up space on my computer, as it was with webdav

You’re very welcome. The way group policies work they apply to only organizational units. You cannot apply them to containers with an Active Directory

It doesn't work, I can reach the shared drive typing in the path in the location bar, but it doesn't automatically map the drive via GPOs

You have to make sure the user and computer is part of the domain.
