    Not sure if you would consider to offer a training course on AWS CDK?
    I really love they way you teach. Short and to the point.
    Love it.
    Thanks for sharing this lecture.!

      thanks so much for the kind words! I'm in the early stages of thinking about creating training courses - I'd love for CDK to be one of the topics. Hopefully there is sufficient demand such that I can cover it!

    What is the advantage of using CDK vs Terraform?

    • @codetothemoon
      @codetothemoon  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven't actually had experience with Terraform, though I've heard good things about it. I think one advantage is that because it is maintained by Amazon, it is likely to be a first class citizen when it comes to incorporating new AWS services and features. But CDK might not make sense if there's any chance you may use a cloud provider other than AWS at some point.

      @@codetothemoon Make sense. Vendor locking is always a thing that should be considered, IMO.
      Thanks for your answer.

    world's tiniest mouse cursor

      I spend so much time making sure the text is big enough to read, I hadn't even thought about the cursor! I'll try making it bigger in the future.

      @@codetothemoon I personally don't mind it, just thought it was funny. Nothing wrong with a spiffy hi-res monitor setup.
      Also, are you Amazonian by any chance? Keep up the great work, I'm looking forward to your future lessons. I started my Rust journey around the same day I watched this video, so you're currently responsible for a majority of my Rust education/addiction. Coming from a higher level lang (and OOP at that), this is quite the experience, but I think I'm hooked. Thanks! :)

      I was for 5 years! That's so cool to hear that your Rust journey started here - that's the sort of thing that makes me love this platform so much. More to come!
