Oh wow, really taking it back. I think this was the second user- made track I ever played, right after watching everyone play Richy's great wall of China map and deciding to buy.
At 14:30 there is a clear checkpoint or finish, something in between the two rocks, in front of the tree, directly straight after the checkpoint. What is it?
It looks like it's a rock (or we'll part of a rock) that didn't get painted. Most of the big multiple edged rocks are multiple rocks inside of each other to make them bigger and to have more detail lines instead of just having multiple plain enlarged rocks.
It's checkpoint 2 out of 4, so i dont see a reason for anything to be hidden there. Let's just say it is an alternative finish. Which typically risky finishes or alternative finishes are only added to save additional time on the fastest route. If u went to that rock, it wouldn't save the player any time compared to the normal finish.
Hey Dapper, I may have an Idea for a track: Make a track and let a pro try to beat it, then alter the track with hidden boosters to match the speed of the pro in certain spots, this way a "noob" will get a speed boost, but a pro wont. With this "Noob Lube" track a beginner or a bad driver might be still able to beat a pro :D
After checkpoint two, when the track wobbles up near the white "mountain" can that wobble be used to clear the mountain aiming for the next checkpoint? @14:31
Hey Dapper and Sandals at around 8 seconds into the run for sandals. When you approach the track transfer instead of transferring over can you potentially get on top of the clear pipe, ik there's a wall to stop you just jumping onto the track after but what if you were able to bounce off the clear pipe over it, even if you're slower at first since there are plenty of boosters? Unless I missed a checkpoint somewhere.

That is supposed to be a risky finish but is slower than the jump to the normal finish.
The only thing I was focusing on was the random checkpoint or hollow circle from what I saw in the rocks. You can see it here-> 14:30.
Could be an extra finish. Remember how going straight into that final wallride spiral was consistently spitting the car out in that direction?

General tip for tubes: let the tube do the turning for you if possible.

In the map snow, if you look to the left at the start, you'll see a shortcut
So that's how you complete this track; I was so confused trying to do the normal route lol
