I like the collage of the apples. The subject matter is so simple yet your work is strong making the app,es so much more. I like the woodies to another thing to add to my growing list of art supplies. My list never get smaller. By the way I love your hair Color

Thanks Anna, it's an old one but a nice example of subtle shading with collage papers. I love the woodies and use them a lot but even so, they last forever! My list never gets smaller either, the beauty of mixed media I guess. Thanks about the hair color! I do it myself and was mixing things the other day and came out with this dark! but it will lighten up soon enough. :) Happy Friday Anna

I love knowing that I can add water to my Stabilo Woodies! Good to know they are available in open stock now too. This was a lovely video to watch. The Woodies add such a subtle difference and lovely texture in some spots, and I love how you used them on the background!

Thank you so much! I wish you could see the background in person, it has this lovely richness to it. The Woody’s blended out, but then I went over it with more mark making and so it’s beautiful purple over brown. Hi Brenda, the two are very different. The Derwent, which I love and have, require a tooth just like colored pencil or graphite pencil. The beauty of the woodies is that they do not require a tooth and they will write on glass!
