ఆదాన్ Food Travel శ్రీ Srikanth గారు.ఎంతో శ్రమపడి ఎన్నో రుచులు పరిచయం చేస్తున్నారు.అందులో నేను వెళ్ళి తినిన హోటల్స్ కూడ ఉన్నాయి. సుబ్బుగారు తెలిసిన వాళ్ళందరితోనూ వెరైటీ రుచులు పరిచయం చేస్తున్నారు.కోన్ని నేను చేసుకుని తినడం కూడ జరిగింది.ఎంతో మందికి చేసి ఇచ్చాను. విచిత్రపాకశాస్త్రః శుక్రాచార్యహః అని పూరాణాలలో కూడ ఉంది.నేడు మనం చూస్తున్నటువంటి శాఖాహార మాంసాహార రుచులు అన్ని శుక్ర సంహిత గ్రంధంలో ఉన్నాయి.అది నేడు అందుబాటులో అరుదుగా ఉంది. శాఖాహారంలో షడ్రుచులు ఉంటాయి. మాంసాహారంలో షడ్రుచులు ఉండవు. రుచులు ఆరు చేదు,ఉప్పు,కారం,పులుపు,తీపి,వగరు........ అవే మానవ శరీరం లోని అన్ని అవయవాలకు బలం,ఉత్తేజం. పూర్వం శరీరంలో ఎదైనా ప్రమాదం జరిగి చర్మం కాలిపోయినప్పుడు మాంసాహారాన్ని వాడి తిరిగి శరీరాన్ని యధాస్ధాయికి తీసుకువచ్చేవారు. అదే విధంగా శరీరంలో విష క్రిమీకీటకాలు చేరినప్పుడు మాంసాహారంతో నయం చేసేవాళ్ళు.అతి పురాతన పద్ధతి ఇది. ఇప్పుడు Covid Virus తో Quarantine లో ఉన్నవారికి అదే కదా చేస్తున్నది.

( This is my personal opinion ). Subbu ! you are so lucky ... పాత తరం వాళ్ళు ( అమ్మమ్మలు ) ఉండటం వలన, మర్చిపోయిన పాత వంటకాలు రుచి చూసే భాగ్యం కలుగుతుంది.
