I have been depressed since I was 7 years old! It is a daily battle and I approach it with grace. Today is the day where I am kind to myself and others. This world may get the best of us, but let us not forget that we need each other no matter how mudane, no matter if my head is submersed in my phone, we need each other. Our connection to each other is the most important!
