This is probably because the way the stage is setup, lighting and camera position which lets the glass stand out more. But this just shows that there isn't a quality difference at all, not even visible reflections, which just makes the usage of a TV for Miku Expo even more maddening.
@FaySmash I belive the led screen for miku expo was used for practicality reasons rather than aesthetic ones, glass can easily shatter during transit and there needs to be spare ones ready, for miku expo this year each concert was held between a 2 day spam but for miku expo 2020 it was every 5 days ish; by using an led screen the set up of the stage was a lot easier and for the europe tour they made efforts to make the screen fit in better with the stage, a lot of people blame crunchyroll but they didn't have a say in this, its entirely on crypton
