- Anthrocon 2013 was AMAZING as always, and I tried to get as much fun fursuiting footage and photos as I could from this incredible convention.
Hope you enjoy and relive some of the memories that make AC such a magical place every year ^^

The best way to make friends at a con is to meet people that share something in common with you. Go to events and panels that you are interested in (like species-specific meet and greets, "first time fursuiting", etc) or if you are a fan of a particular show they may have a panel for that too, and don't be afraid to say hi to people! Also hanging around the common areas of a con where people just draw and socialize is good too (called the "Hospitality suite" at FWA).

I have never been to a furry con before, and I just thought how amazing it would be to have my dad take me, and I am now crying and getting all emotional! Lol, I would be so happy to attend one.

Totally going next year when my fursuit a are finished, gonna have a hard time choosing though, I plan to have at least 3 done by then, maybe I can go with a friend and they can have one! :D

I love how, besides the big fursuit picture, the only other picture I am in is in the one with Duke, 'cept I'm right behind the white tiger in the middle... you can see my paw though, but thats about it XD

I would love to be a furry, its seems like such an awesome thing but alas i am too young and haven't the money for fursuits.

You don't have to be a fursuiter to be a furry.
I guess..but it seems much more fun that way
I think it's cheaper to make your own. There are all kinds of tutorials to help you along the way, and you get this nice feeling of accomplishment when you do something yourself.
And if you do, start with a partial. It's less material and you probably won't grow out of it since it's just the head, hands, and tail.

You can be any age to go, however if you're younger than 13 you need to be with your guardians at all times and when younger than 18 you can come alone with permission or with guardians. However once you're 18 you can come as you wish.

I pretty much grew up around furries but just around me and TH-cam my family and friends don't get it but I can't wait to get a bf and go to anthro con soon
