Then once they retire you need to create them as a coach, and win 4 rings with them as your coach. You once again are allowed to control the roster for that team.
Kenny, you always say how 2k gives love to the bulls or hates the clippers etc. It'd be curious to see what would happen if you made all 30 teams exactly the same (same player, stats, tendencies, coaches) and sim a couple years to see who is "most loved" and "most hated" by 2k.

You should do a redrafted simulation, since 2003 you should redo every draft and pick them on how good they are right now. For example in 2009 Steph should’ve gone first, so he’s now on the Clippers. Then build every teams best possible roster. You can switch it up a little if you want.
