Very misleading. The Nitropress DS does not “separate nitrogen from the oxygen”, it just compresses air. So while it is technically “pulling nitrogen from the air”, it is not concentrating it above 78% (atmospheric nitrogen). The company claim that the 78% nitrogen found in air can perform similarly in creating nitro drinks, but it is not the same as a nitrogen canister for applications like whipped cream etc
