Please if you can could you do a fear negative thinking reiki video. I have C-PTSD I’m praying a lot and reading my bible as I want to defeat all my negative thoughts and fears. You don't need anyone or any TH-cam content to feel fine with yourself. Just sit with fears and look at them. You can also journal. You tendentially experience less anxiety and stress when you disconnect from the internet. Go for a walk or do something what makes you happy.
