Fun fact, there actually is a skip button coded into genshin. You only see it in hangouts when you've done the dialogue once before. It shows up next to the auto button. They just... don't want us to skip 99.9% of the time.

i made a shared acc with me and my friend and i had to wait to pull so i had 23 pulls on standard i got 4 4 stars on noelle banner in one pull
i got a weapon from standard and bought enough pulls to do a 1 pull lastly and i got diluc

I do have a suggestion. I don't know if it works.
Why not we allow you to heal whenever you level the character per 5 levels? I can't remember if they heal if they get ascended or level up + 1
