- A mix of FOF only trainings from a variety of our courses and events. While there are so many people who like to trash talk and complain about anything we do, this is a reminder that probably we are the only organization out there with such a high rate of FOF vs Paper trainings, that constantly questions its perception and relevancy of its methodology - after all - most modern concepts don’t survive beyond paper targets when facing an actual opponent. We understood that ten years ago, and that how a long journey of questioning what we know with a total disregard to ego or authority - has begun. Needless to say, FOF helped us to find and fix what wasn’t working.
With the access and the proper conceptualization of an incredible amount of FOF, We also have behind us five years' worth of data generation, collection as well as research that lead to a very successful integration of skills techniques and tactics within certain organizations but also on the scientific front. This is the way. This should be the norm.
While we cant show many things, this footage we can. Thanks for the teams for willing to share.

I like the fact that you have to learn to shoot straight with sparklers burning your face. It’s as if the opponent kicks the flash back at you as you throw it in the door. 😆

cordinated killing takes a lot of practise. Other wise the killing happens to the wrong people.

Many ppl complain about what you guys doing? Who and do they know what they are talking about?
FoF imo the highest form of training someone could get. Especially for teams where you got to mention the full spectrum of safety rules,communication, teamwork.
It's much more complex than force on target or force on rule player.
I don't know the guys in this video but a few show high skills in term of weapon handling, peeking, shoulder transition, movement and tactical decision making.
Keep up the good work, maybe I will join someday a few trainings.

That was so real, we experienced fireworks during some of the so called “peaceful” protests in Los Angeles. Nothing prepares you more than someone throwing M80’s and bottle rockets. Good stuff!
How often does friendly fire occur during these sessions? I would imagine that there must be more than a few.
Depends on the level of a team vs the concept they run. Most teams who didnt went through our methodology have a high FF count and lot of luck.
2:27 was shown in UF Pros CQB class. Supposedly 8 shots to the back of the shield
I was thinking the same thing. Numerous times where there was potential for friendly fire. On-line and earn the shot.
