I have the same problem with my a21s.I don't have the 3 dots on that page so I cannot open the advanced tab meaning I can't install the SD card even after a hard reset, so it must have been left off the software

Some times its not the sd card has the problem.it is in the celphone has minor deffect inside the sd card slot. i have an expirience about this because i insert my sd the card to anorher celphone and so it works. Remember every celphone has diffrent manufactorer and there are still difference on it

Your aren't helping me much. Because my sdcard it won't work 18 august 2024 when I insert my sdcard in android it didn't detect than I try other android it still didn't work either. Than I also try to fix my sdcard on PC using card reader but still didn't detect any sdcard in PC either. Because I want to recover sdcard images but it didn't detect any so how I am able recover images if my sdcard didn't detect any android & PC. You should make video about this problem.
