  • Living in Ghana and watching the construction of a new building project from scratch is very exciting! The most exciting part for me is the construction of the pillars.

Thanks for sharing. I will definitely be using this type of moulding because it's much stronger. 🇬🇭✊🏿🇬🇭. Shouts from Barking London UK.

I love how these guys work; they know what they are doing! The others think they know how to do everything better, and they came to africa and learned our trade, lol 😆trying in America to make it look like it's them the started all these things! See, look at our men well, professional in their work! Well done, brother! They did not leave africa to go to the west and learn! Africa is the future 📡 thanks for sharing shalom

Thanks a lot for the observation! This is something I’ve observed moving back home. Sometimes I watch and admire the workers from upstairs when I’m working without them noticing. They are skilled at what they do! Another thing is that many of them have multiple skills sets like carpentry and brick laying at the same time. The sad thing is that they find it difficult these days to get the young ones to train them because everyone wants to get a degree:)

Yes, brother, truth, we must train out young people now! It's not all about the degree hands, and hands are the best thing! A trade is significant now! All the best with your project, and blessings to you and your family! Thanks for sharing shalom

New to your channel. Does the teenagers have a tube channel, their point of view would be great and their channel would grow fast, because of a lot of diaspora moving to the continent with kids.

Thanks for watching! You are absolutely right! Yes they’ve thinking about their channels, but haven’t started yet. Lilia started her Art channel. It’s a great idea.

School has deprived so many talents in Ghana, from mason, tailers, carpenters and plumbers. They actually know all the ricks about their work. oh mother Ghana,

Hmm you are so right! I could write an essay on this lol. The guy who did the pillars in our previous video has two degrees. As he couldn’t find a job he went into construction. Now he has a solid business and he’s in high demand. I’m planning an interview with him.

Thank you, Genevieve! Yes the Airbnb could also be an option. Another plan is to use it as a business weekend workshop or retreat for potential clients.

Has this structure been approved by the relevant government authority? That is my concern.
