Will be keeping you guys in mind for parts in the future as my talaria is on its way from Utah. Great video, alot of stuff I had not even read up yet like the circuit protector. Thanks👍
I had a sur-ron but sold it. Hated the throttle response, it was more like an on / off switch. Couldn't just ride at a steady, constant speed. The throttle response on the talaria, at least with a 52 tooth sprocket, doesn't have that issue so I'm a happy guy. It's got a lot more refinements over the sur-ron too. Seems to me sur-ron has laid back and done little in the way of refinement or improvements. Why would they, they sell every one they make. Well the Talaria is why you don't sit back and do little or nothing. A hungry competitor will eat your lunch. The improvements on the Talaria are not frivolous stuff either. I liked the Sur-Ron I love the Talaria.
No joke I was going to put my order in for a sur ron this weekend, figured I'd save the $100 difference from the talaria. Because of your comment, I'll be ordering the talaria instead
Wondering if I should cancel my order thru the Canadian dealer and go through you guys. Just seems to make more sense give we're on the same coast and no customs.
Great question. For your weight either would work fine for basic trail riding, however if you are planning to do more aggressive riding you’ll want to upgrade to a higher quality fork like a Fox Float 40.
@@coolshariq yes you did ebikezilla has the best price around and I'm pretty sure they supply most of the other dealers hence why the other dealers all charge 500 more monies. Dnm forks are better forks period. I ordered mine on black Friday and simply could not handle another setback. I hope to get some different forks very soon but for now the rst forks do have the advantage of looking more like a bicycle and therefore you have less trouble riding around town less dirty looks the whole nine. Manitous are the fork to get if you can. Don't get the rst forks unless you'll be able to upgrade eventually. They're fine for a while. I was hell bent on the dnms just because I busted myself buying the bike prob won't be able to afford new suspension really soon. But if I'm determined I can make anything happen.
Does anyone know where you can get these in Europe? And where can I contact the official manufacturer or see their website? I can only seem to find their dealers.
Hi Konny, if you bought the bike from us the instructions were included in the box. If you didn't buy it from us, email info@americansurron.com and we'll email you the instructions.
@@db_dirtybike agreed. Sur ron has been the top dog for 4 years now which made them complacent in improvements. Glad the talaria is out to light a fire under their ass and provide the consumers with better pricing and a better product
I can't get any good information on the gearbox they have, literally no one is talking about it. Can you go over the ratios and how they change how the bike feels, or really anything about it, the company has zero press materials, reminds me of SurRon all over again, are they even a real entity?, really annoys me how some of these Chinese companies are run frankly. Make a thing, sell a thing, don't care about the thing once it leaves their hands, no way to contact the company for parts etc. Don't get me wrong.. I'm getting one, but wish an American manufacturer would make basically the same thing, I'd be all over that first.
The oil filled gear box ratio is a little lower than the Light Bee. This means it requires about a 5 tooth smaller final drive sprocket to get the same overall ratio. The gearbox is super quiet and very durable. As for customer service talariaus.com will stock replacement parts and handle warranty claims soon. You can also contact Talariacanada.com and they will provide great customer service for all of your needs.
Dude this video had so much info I hadn’t seen before. I really like that battery holder that grabs when you put it in the bike!
Thanks man! We'll be developing parts for it real soon so if you have one or get one, please check on AmericanSurron.com in the coming months.
@@db_dirtybike I may have one very soon😉 I’ll definitely be getting some more parts from y’all too!
I need that! My battery slaps around so bad 🤣
First impressions are ‘wow’. Love that feeling!

Great review, thanks. Mine is arriving next week I just can't fucking wait
You’re going to love it

I ordered mine last week
Besides the gearbox it has a wider swingarm now you can run a wider tire with no issues
I might have to get one also 🤙🏽
I love how hard his trying to not compare it to the Sur Ron lmao, but we hear ya ;D
Everyone knows the SurRon 😝
They really are both great rides. I am still racing my original LightBee.
Wondering if I should cancel my order thru the Canadian dealer and go through you guys. Just seems to make more sense give we're on the same coast and no customs.
True, customs can ruin your day.
Excellent detailed review here. Thank you.
Would you pick the Fast Ace fork over the DNM if you had the choice? I’m a light rider at 150 and have the option but not sure which to pick.

Yeah. I got mine..How good is this thing !! made some vids.
Hope you’ve been getting sendy!
Is it true that talarias are way harder to wheelie than surrons?
Depends on you I think more than the bike.
What is the industry of Talaria, Sagway and Siron?
I was hoping to hear which socks were in the front
How much does this bike cost and how much mileage can I get?
About $4500 USD and mileage depends on how you ride it.
Se puede dar marcha atrás con talaria sting?
No, Talaria and Light Bee do not have reverse, Ultra Bee does have it.
Does the bike come with blinkers in front and back, and does it have a horn?
It has a horn but no blinkers.
Did the front fender come with the bike or is this your aftermarket version ?
Front fender shown is what comes with the bike.
If you hold down set whilst turning it on it brings up a menu you can set your top speed limiter I believe.
This would be an amazing feature! Could anyone verify/try this?
I will look into it
@@db_dirtybike Any update :) ?
@@geluidsbox9195 Just tried it, it does not.
Where'd you get the talaria with dnms? Very nice looking bike
Thanks, it's a great ride! DirtyBike Industries offers Talarias with DNM forks on AmericanSurron.com available for pre-order, shipping in a few weeks.
I bent my DNMs. Too many big sends 😝
Which one is better DNM or RST? I pre-ordered mine one with DNM from ebikezilla end of March shipping I hope I made right choice 🤔

Nice review 👍 what's the better fork DNM or RST? And what's a difference between the two I can't find it anywhere on the website. Thanks
The better fork for sure is the DNM.
I think that bike is made in Russia is that correct I would actually like to buy one but a bit leery on that besides that the bike looks great
No it is definitely not made in Russia.
Does anyone know where you can get these in Europe? And where can I contact the official manufacturer or see their website? I can only seem to find their dealers.
They are available in Europe to my knowledge. Canadian dealer ebikezilla has partners in EU, check with them.
can i get a shipping estimate to anchorage alaska?
Hi! Is there a way to unlock the road legal version? I have cut the looped wire and input the code but nothing happens. Please answer=)
Hi Konny, if you bought the bike from us the instructions were included in the box. If you didn't buy it from us, email info@americansurron.com and we'll email you the instructions.
I'm getting my sur ron soon I can't wait but I hope I don't have buyers remorse from the talaria
You won't. Sur-Ron is rock solid plus parts are readily available.
@@db_dirtybike U think the Talaria or Sur Ron is better...? honest opinion

Where do I get it from.
talariaus.com
No trip odometer?
There is an odometer
I have a surron and I’ll get this in the future. Looks better than the Ron

db DirtyBike front fender, rear is stock.
Sorry, my bad. Everything in this video is stock.

Is there any way to make these street legal?
The SurRon has a street legal mode in Australia, so I hope so
DirtLegal.com can do it. I believe around $500 USD
Are they going to make a road legal version?
Not likely
How much
Sold out at $4699. If you're interested in the next shipment, you can bookmark it here:

How did you put your fender on there?
It's a db DirtyBike front fender and is a direct fit for the DNM fork, super easy to install.
For specific instructions, please see the detailed front fender installation video on this channel.
is it water proof 🤔
It is as water proof as the Sur-Ron.
Splash proof
A buffed Surron
Hoping it holds up better to my sends also
