The Rock Smash wasn't a choice. It was random from Metronome.

The amount of paralysis on Heatran was extremely rare, that set the entire sweep in motion.
It was both paralyzed and confused though, so getting 3 free turns isn't as unlikely as 3 para alone.

@@AacroX ah, right. It could have lasted longer though, so the strat still didn't rely on just full para to work.

Remember the copycat shell smash Eevee sweep? Eternatus got full para 3 times for Eevee to copycat shell smash 3 times otherwise pimpnite would have lost.
That has to be the unluckiest heatran of all time.
Keep the builds at the end of the video. There have been times in past sweeps where I'd have loved to hear your reaction on close calls or key plays afterwards but the video just ends. Keep up the great work.
I wasn't sure prankster would affect Metronome, definitely liked the breakdown at the end.

The classic PIMPNITE luck affected this dude who got sweeped and forgets that Prankster gives non attacking moves priority to go 1st

And sometimes the key moments are important too. With some strategies some beginners in Pokémon battles have no idea what happened...for example Umbreon with Synchronoise sweep.
