The singers might be the same, as they credited as Moon Lips, the singers of the original song, but they definitely are not singing live. You don’t have to be an expert to hear the difference between clean and prerecorded singing and live singing with dancing. Also, it sounds exactly the same as the original version from episode 88. There’s no way it’s live. The soundproof studio mic and stage mic doesn’t give an exact sound. Just a reality check.

Those wigs should have never seen the day of light (unless it was Halloween or a dress-up party for kids). Sailor Moon was HUGE in 1993 in Japan. They should have invested more in such an important detail. The audiece deserved better.
