I’ve played this game for about 5 weeks now, and these videos have been putting my joker light years ahead of where it should be, I hugely appreciate it, thank you
I mean with Joker being able to adapt to any play style on the fly in Smash Bros perfectly reflects how he operates with his multiple persona mechanic in P5/P5R with him being able to switch his strengths and weaknesses on the fly.

Being a somewhat newer player, I have rly wanted to play joker, and practiced with him alot. But still haven't had great results. I found myself lacking the knowledge of how he should be played in order to get rly good with him. "Attack second" and utilize his movement is great advice and makes alot of sense. I think I have been trying to approach with him way too often, throwing out unsafe moves, not using his movement enough and being too impatient. Also need to pay attention and take mental note of my opponents habits which would help alot too if I can learn to remember them. Will be sure to make good use of this guide to improve my joker. Thx for taking the time to make and share this, look forward to the next one!
I'm finally willing to put in the time to get better with my Joker. I've mained him since I got the game in 2020 and have like at least 300 hours with him- yet I'm still total garbo. I've always neglected to learn such "trivial" things as all these terms but if learning them means getting better, so be it. I totally suffer with inputting Reverse back-air, and consistent short hops. It's so hard for me to input short hops. I only recently learned that you can press two jump buttons to do a shorthop- and while that's hella handy, i don't have the muscle memory or anything to do it, so it always feels weird. I also noticed recently that I struggle with whiff punishes. I'm always getting punished on my frames.. But BY FAR my biggest issue? I go full autopilot. The whole game. My brain doesn't process "Oh, I'm in neutral now!". I "just play the game". I've basically gotten this far by muscle memory, and luck. Mostly luck.
