Macandali is this player na buwis buhay Kung maka pag save ng bola. Everyone of them has different styles and strategies when it comes to their position, it's just a matter of how these players capture the hearts of the viewers Kaya may nagtatalo Kung Sino Ang mas magaling etc. Guys their are amazing players and doesn't deserve to be compared to anyone.
Naaalala ko nung season 72 sa isang laban ng adamson, naging best player si Lizlee-Ann Gata, na isang libero. Di pa sya makapaniwala nun na sya yung best player, kase that time unusual na yung mga libero yung maging best player sa isang game. Pano ba naman siya di magiging best player non eh naka 82 (or 79? Not sure) excellent digs lang naman siya for that game alone. Siya mainly yung dahilan kaya na-earn dati ng adamson yung title nila as the team who has the best floor defense. Kase di talaga mamatay matay yung bola nun sa kanila. Ang hahaba ng rally lage pag adamson kalaban ng mga iban teams. For me deserve din nya maging MVP libero sa UAAP aside of course to the Miss Everywhere Dawn Macandili, and all mentioned liberos here are the best din talaga, pwede pa nga isama si Jen Reyes during her NU days, Sharmaine Peñano of DLSU (best Libero SEA Games 2005, if i'm not mistaken) and sa NCAA naman si Jeck Dionela, did I spell it right? Ang saya lang that Liberos are not being over shadowed these days. 😊

This is The Critic and a fanatic of "women's volleyball" since we had a cable connection in the year early 90's! I love to watch Women's World Volleyball GP when it was shown in ESPN, in fact my favorite team was Russia & Japan. When they played here in Manila (Brazil, Italy, Russia and Japan) how I wish I was there to see it live, since then on I really became a fanatic of women's volleyball except "beach volley". When Shaky's V-League was introduced, I was excited to learn more about our players because we accomplished silver in 97' and also I always dreamed of being part of thier Alma Mater those college teams who played in that league, and yet sorry for me but still positively I was a graduating college student at that time the league came out. Since then I knew some of the rules of volleyball like (backrow attack, net touch, double touch or ilegal toss etc). Yet I'm still confused about some other volleyball rules like the (zone positioning) or some (net violation) and (tip in violation), much worst was I don't understand why is there a player who wears different uniform like a goaler in soccer (Libero) and it even plays an important role and position inside the court even though it can't spike or block a ball wherein that I don't understand and I hate it? But when I saw Lezlee Anne Gata Pantone playing in BaliPure, I became interested in learning more deeply about volleyball definitely about the Libero position entirely, that is why she became my Idol since then, I even follow all her games in PLDT and I hate it if she is benched! With her humble image, I see in her the simplicity and gracefullness of not just being a volleyball player but as a woman athlete, Hope she will consider in joining the National Team... while listening ti Dzi Gervacio! whooohh cutting onions here!!
