I would have the door check straps on the top hinge to offer a but more support to the door if caught by wind or opened to far.

Happy birthday Matt. If you attach a 1/4 inch steel plate the the inside of the plastic door card it would be strong enough to fit a door pull any where...... ( Just a thought )

Thanks buddy only just seen this. Yes you could spread the load over a bigger area but I don’t trust the door cards at all they are very weak so I’ll leave it up to the owner to decide if he fancies the risk

Happy Birthday Man!! Could u possibly keep the stock rubbers and relocated the door catch mechanism out a little bit further?? Also where can i find those carbon fibre arches. I literally need one as my friend put a whole in mine with a car jack 😅🥴. They were a gift from a diff friend and idk where they came from haha.

Iv tried adjusting the lock in and out to make it easier but the door doesn’t sit flush then. I think these are from Curley specialised mouldings uk buddy
