The guy in the video wasn’t that lucky, he seemed to have kept 2 egg from 2 different event, the maril one was a research day and had increased luck in egg, and same for the riolu thats why it was in a 2k egg instead of a 10k

A few months ago I hatched a Shiny Pachurisu, then like a week later the game decided that one Shiny from an Egg was enough, it decided to give me a Shiny Riolu as well

Shiny’s are just a little bit harder and if you if you have a shiny pokemon like shiny charmander as your buddy is will make it charmanders will have a tiny bit higher rate to spawn and a tiny higher chance to be a shiny
