Gracias.
It is possible to learn to speak German very fast....Koshkff...for me it took three months as well...the difference for me however is that I also speak Afrikaans...and it is Germanic...not the same but I could pretty much guess at some of the words and it sounded almost the same...so I had an advantage...
@Tchaikovsky09 You would probably get along with a mixtur of the two languages in daily life and I don't think that many people would mind, but still I would advise you to possibly try to say everything in German - in the run long, it's the easier way to the mastering of a language. Also, you would risk that many people answer in English which wouldn't really be helpful to you.
HI bro ..... I am eager to study in Germany but i dun know which college to choose for Aeronautical Engineering. And is a chance if I get a full scholarship as u mentioned in a video of yours? By the way your videos are very helpful "Danke"... :)
Hi, I want to know about the differences between an FH and normal universitat in Germany, specifically about the quality of education, job demand, degree recognition. I am planning to study Engineering for my bachelors degree and I want to know what is the best option for me if I want to work in Germany. It would also tell me about the options available to study the language because I am planning to join a course that is taught in German language, it would be good if you could specifically mention some of them.I already have a pretty good knowledge of German. ( A2 level) There are several videos uploaded on this topic but they are completely in German, it would be helpful if you could tell a bit about it. I watched a lot of the videos of Study in Germany and they are very helpful. Thanks

Hello! I would like to study International Business and perhaps work in germany if possible, I am from Mexico, but I have also Spanish nationality and I even got my Pass (EU), so I believe I wouldn't have too much of troubles for Visas and such? What it is stopping me the most (I believe) is the language (which I'm still a begginer A2~) and the lack of information!
Hey! I hope anyone can answer me. I'm really lost! I'm not American, but I study the American system. My scores are pretty good. The thing is, I DON'T KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE GERMAN UNI'S for the American system! I tried emailing them, but they wouldn't answer! I think maybe it's because my emails are in English. (I'm planning on taking a German course pretty soon) CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP??! PLEASE?
@TheSunmanho What makes you say something so harsh? All international students, no matter where they are from, are most welcome in Germany. It's not about the nationality but the personal attitude about living in a foreign country be it Germany or anywhere els in the world. You should be ashamed of yourself for saying something like this because that puts you on the same step with all those loud and ignorant people you are complaining about. Think about it! Best, Your DAAD
Help, I want to study at the Media University in Stuttgart but I don't know any German except the basics. Would I be able to live in Germany and take German Classes to better my language skills before I apply full time to a University?
Dear Samantha, especially in bigger cities it is possible to live with only a Basic knowledge in German. Nevertheless, we highly recommend having a good command of German as it will support your socialising among locals and German students. Of course, you can come to Germany and take a language class first, have a look in our database to find suitable language courses: www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programs/en/?p=l&q=°ree[]=5&subject=0&langDistribution=0 For any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us again! Hi! Thank you for your video it was very helpful, I'm an international student from the Philippines planning to study there in Germany I'm reallllllyy really scared because I only know like the basic German and I fear I won't be able to cope up well with the others T.T it's really a major concern for me T.T
Hello, My Name is Fatima I would like to do English Law with German Law at University of Bristol (which is in England) but I found out that I have the chance to go to Germany and actually study for a year. In my case I've lived in Germany before (Muenchen) and I loved it there. Deshalb is die Deutsche sprache kein problem fuer mich. However, what universities in Germany are best for Law?
+miocinghiale22 Hi, unfortunately our database lists no such courses... But you might search for alternative programmes: www.study-in.de/en/plan-your-studies/find-programme-and-university/ Best wishes, your Study in Germany team
+miocinghiale22 While there are some private schools in Germany that do this (and they're still relatively low cost), your best option is probably just to go to Germany and do a one-year intensiv language course, these are very common and practically free, and your German will get good enough so that you can take the courses in German, which is the best option. Good luck.
Dear DAAD-Team, should we open deposit for about 8000€ to Deutsche Bank before we go to study abroad there? And how if we got a scholarship? Still we? I hope you will answer this, vielen dank!
Hi, yes, a blocked account with 8000 euro are one Option but there are others, too. See more Information on our website: www.study-in.de/en/study/admission-requirements/before-you-leave/proof-of-financial-resources/ Best wishes, your DAAD-Team
Hey, I really like your video's. I am a international student currently in State. I want to move to Germany but I want to know what's best major or job that we get me a high salary ?
Para mi, el alemán es difícil en construir una oración pero lo voy a seguir estudiando =) And I wasn't aware of Germans learning spanish, although I have heard that they do enjoy other languages. I'm not sure if that's true or not since I've never visited Germany =/ But I plan to within the next few years.
Hi! I want to study in Germany, but I would like to know if I can renovate mi visa, so I can study one more year there, and the requirements for that, what I am going to study is the high-school level (the one before university) I hope you answer, thank you very much! (From Mexico)
Dear Marcela, for detailed Information about visa we recommend contacting the German embassy in Mexiko: www.mexiko.diplo.de/Vertretung/mexiko/es/Startseite.html If I get you right you want to attend a Studienkolleg - information you find on our website: www.studienkollegs.de/en/ Best wishes, your DAAD-team

Hallo!

She said that she took six months language courses at an adult education center without spend a lot of money, could you tell me please wich center is that? Liebe Grüße Anastasia
+Marc Ramroop Hi Marc, passing the language test successfully means, you should be able to attend German taught classes. Of course there are always individual criteria that will make it easier or more difficult to follow the class, like how is the pronounciation of the professor and so on. We recommend asking friends for their experience :-) Best wishes, your Study in Germany Team
+Marc Ramroop I did study in Germany and still live here. If you pass the test you can speak and understand basic German, not very well though, basically the level you learn in schools in other European countries like Netherlands, UK, France or so if you take German class in highschool. But you will learn German rather fast if you are in the country. Go out, read German books/magazines/news, watch movies in German, date German girls, do sports (football, climbing halls,...). Avoid hanging out with other foreign students only to be forced to speak and understand German, get German friends. I tried hard to learn German as fast as possible, since it sucks living in a country whose language one doesn't speak. Depending on the subject you will figure out whats going on in the class. Like math or physics or so is no problem to understand what's going on, but it really depends on the subject, like CAD design was difficult for me, since they used Siemens NX software which was only available in German language, so complex software in German only was rather hard in the beginning.
I love that his eyes always look to the camera (or to the girl) in a very kind and sweet way.... His smile, gosh! He's gonna make me fall in love *_*
I don't know any German words except " Brot " and " Wurst "
Now I have the confidence to start my studies in Germany tomorrow (y)
Why do I watch these videos I freakin live in Germany haaha
Whats the scope of pr in germany for non-EU students? An honest reply will be much appreciated.

Sometimes you also have to watch where in Germany you are, beacause in the DDR mostly second language in Schol was russian and not english.
I'm learning German through apps and films. Exactly what are the benefits of learning German. Wanna know more

( A2 level)
There are several videos uploaded on this topic but they are completely in German, it would be helpful if you could tell a bit about it.
I watched a lot of the videos of Study in Germany and they are very helpful. Thanks
Hi,as all German universities offer very good education, it’s hard to say which university is the best. On our Website you can find more Information about the different types of universities in Germany www.study-in.de/en/plan-your-studies/types-of-universities_26607.phpYou can find bachelor programmes in engineering in our database www.study-in.de/en/plan-your-studies/find-programme-and-university/?a=result&q=engineering°ree=24&courselanguage=&locations=&admissionsemester=&sort=name&page=1 The programme description informs you about the admission procedure and the requirements. For more information about learning German please check the DAAD Language and Short Courses database www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/sommerkurse/en/?p=l&q=&fos=0&fee[]=0&sortBy=1&page=1&display=listBest wishes, your Study in Germany Team
danke schoen!!
@Tchaikovsky09
no, you could surely communicate in a mixture of both of the languages with anybody!
Nice Video !
Hello! I would like to study International Business and perhaps work in germany if possible, I am from Mexico, but I have also Spanish nationality and I even got my Pass (EU), so I believe I wouldn't have too much of troubles for Visas and such? What it is stopping me the most (I believe) is the language (which I'm still a begginer A2~) and the lack of information!
helpful for non local students
cool video, where Lucia came from?
(I'm planning on taking a German course pretty soon)
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP??! PLEASE?
@DAADBonn Ahh i just hope i am not :-) Thanks for your help and kind words many Greetings from ireland! :)
@TheSunmanho
What makes you say something so harsh? All international students, no matter where they are from, are most welcome in Germany. It's not about the nationality but the personal attitude about living in a foreign country be it Germany or anywhere els in the world. You should be ashamed of yourself for saying something like this because that puts you on the same step with all those loud and ignorant people you are complaining about. Think about it!
Best,
Your DAAD
COOL WONT BE LONG WE WILL ALL BE THERE!
@lesliegaitanos
Max, can you tell me what is the full name of the
girl ?
Dein Deutsch...
Help,
I want to study at the Media University in Stuttgart but I don't know any German except the basics.
Would I be able to live in Germany and take German Classes to better my language skills before I apply full time to a University?
Dear Samantha,
especially in bigger cities it is possible to live with only a Basic knowledge in German. Nevertheless, we highly recommend having a good command of German as it will support your socialising among locals and German students.
Of course, you can come to Germany and take a language class first, have a look in our database to find suitable language courses: www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programs/en/?p=l&q=°ree[]=5&subject=0&langDistribution=0
For any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us again!
Best wishes, your DAAD-team
Thanks!! :)

Hello,
My Name is Fatima I would like to do English Law with German Law at University of Bristol (which is in England) but I found out that I have the chance to go to Germany and actually study for a year. In my case I've lived in Germany before (Muenchen) and I loved it there. Deshalb is die Deutsche sprache kein problem fuer mich. However, what universities in Germany are best for Law?
Danke schoen
Fatima
I've been looking for a school in Germany where the bachelor's of civil engineering is taught in english. Do you know of any such school?
Hi,
yes, a blocked account with 8000 euro are one Option but there are others, too. See more Information on our website: www.study-in.de/en/study/admission-requirements/before-you-leave/proof-of-financial-resources/

Hey, I really like your video's. I am a international student currently in State. I want to move to Germany but I want to know what's best major or job that we get me a high salary ?
And I wasn't aware of Germans learning spanish, although I have heard that they do enjoy other languages.

Hallo! Dankee
Hallo Giulia,
wenn du dein Abitur an einer deutschsprachigen Schule erworben hast, benötigst du keinen weiteren Test. Ein B2 Niveau reicht allerdings nicht aus. Weitere Informationen zu Sprachtests findest du hier: www.study-in.de/de/studium-planen/voraussetzungen/deutschkenntnisse_26609.php
Viele Grüße,
Dein Study in Germany Team

hi DAADBonn, how kind and easy are Germans with a 14 years old? my school decides to send my friends and maybe me if I past the German test, will it be difficult to live there alone, especially in a young age?
"hey, schön dass du dich meldest..."
My co-worker married a German. When he visits Germany, he tries to learn some German. He can't. They all want to practice their English on him.
my guess would be mexican... I'm used to many spanish accents and that sounds about right

She said that she took six months language courses at an adult education center without spend a lot of money, could you tell me please wich center is that?
Liebe Grüße
Anastasia
Hey if you pass the German test would it still be difficult to study and understand what is going on in the classroom?
+Marc Ramroop Hi Marc, passing the language test successfully means, you should be able to attend German taught classes. Of course there are always individual criteria that will make it easier or more difficult to follow the class, like how is the pronounciation of the professor and so on. We recommend asking friends for their experience :-)
Best wishes, your Study in Germany Team
Do you know how long an average person takes to learn German? I recently started learning about a month ago
Thanks so Much.. I study German everyday.. hoping to pass the test for next year July..I'm planning on studying Mechanical Engineering
