- The Barolong boora-Tshidi of Mafikeng in the North West Province of South Africa host an annual ceremony whereby they thank their ancestors for good luck and protection. Series produced and directed by Bjorn Rudner for the Media Peace Centre and funded by the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund.
I love this documentary. my family left Taung a long time ago and came to settle in Botswana in a village called Werda and I grew up with the same dialect they spoke up to this day it hasn’t changed and I will pass it on together with the history to my children ke Motlhaping wa ga kgosi Puduhutshwana

This is similar to Bangwaketse ba Kanye in Botswana but for us BaNgwaketse we do not cook we just drink traditional beer and i saw that we differ when it comes to making the ttraditinal beer because it take us a month to prepare but overrall we do the same thing....
