This has proven to be a good series that I think is going to be round for a while. Congratulations to Joshua and crew for taking huge risk that has paid off well. I hope you all came out on top on the financial end of things you all deserve it.
May not be the HTF series campaign but one thing is for damn sure - HTF is the people's champion!
The MAIN THANG here is that HTF has created a series that, each and every race, brought the BIG names of the south in while providing CLOSE,COMPETITIVE racing with MULTIPLE winners on some of the BEST TRACKS in the country. It’s ALOT MORE INTERESTING when fans DONT KNOW who is GOING TO WIN and their were next to NO entries that were going 1/2 second per lap faster than everyone else at clutchtime. You get my vote for most competitive series and I hope to see you….and all involved….continue to grow and prosper. THANK YOU TO ALL

I watched you run every race Joseph and myself, my daughter and all my circle track buddies were there for you! I can honestly say hands down you have some serious fans here in OHIO. We wanted you to win the championship but in racing we know that things don’t always go our way . I think my kid was more upset you didn’t win but next year it’s all you buddy ! Keep those heads up guys! I know it sucks to be 2nd but this is a great series and I think it's probably better that you don't win your own series in it's opening season. Can't wait to watch along next year!

You guys put on a great series !!! It’s so cool for it to come down to the last race. The HTF team did really well this year for sure. I was pulling for the team all season and everyone should definitely be proud.
It is tough to loose a season long battle on an off night....but what a season it was. Take stock in that, and continue to get better. GO HTF!!!!!!!

Hopefully the series is not sustainable and they’ll kill it. Lame for sure. Jack Joiner Mehoff is the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s classic. Where did that mascot come from? Since this report is old news, why post this humiliating result? We saw #10 get slaughtered, schooled or however you see it. It’s nothing to brag about dude. Hopefully #10 will postpone hanging up his helmet to keep this hilarious ‘don’t do it my way’ content coming. Increase revenue by charging for TH-cam content strengthening the greed factor even further.

The series had me on the edge of my seat watching. But i will be honest about one thing. Joseph won more races with the capital chassis versus the longhorn. That longhorn chassis has been hard to dial in. Capital was easier to make hook. What a racing season for HTF! God bless and get ready for next year.

Yeah sometimes this car is nowhere, and has no pace. Edging around the top 10 on a regional series like this in that equipment is not very good. There was a time where they had that tyre guy, Cam, and Joseph ran really well, won the national 100, and made genuine progress in races in years old Capitals.. Right now there is no pace, I am not sure how the HTF business model works, but I wouldn't be too stoked on the year. At best it's a 4/10, they seem blind to what's going in, they need an engineer in there to get this thing going.
Well if you or anyone want to pay the salary of one I'm sure they'll take you up on it.
@alanmerritt860 I would estimate the income for the team, including mech sales ad revenue, and other streams to be in 750k range for the year. I believe the chassis and equipment are aided in some way by langenfelder. I could be wrong, but we know guys like Ferguson and feager operate out of a domestic garage, and have a higher ceiling. You could cut Dusty and jordan also to room in the budget, and Jesse has been running poor in the HTF cars. Would make good business sense to cut that program, excluding the content, considering he picks up rides here and there anyway. I'd say it'll be well worth it, more than any equipment upgrades

Congratulations to Htf on doing an amazing job this season and going out a creating a series that has been a huge success with good numbers racing each night and championship going down to the wire, heads up joesph your a great driver, lets hope it continues next year and dirt racing continues to flourish in souther states due to the foresight of everyone involved in htf.

Racng is racing! Great series, very much enjoyed it. I hope your notebook is getting filled up. One note, get a Nascar type camera where there is a revolving cover so we can watch more in car camera without the mud interfering. By the way, Jordan and Dusty are gold!

Great job Jesse, Joseph...not so much. Would the Clement motor have helped? We'll never know. Turns out the HTF series was very popular drawing some big names. No the Clement motor wouldn't have helped at a track like Swainsboro.
Congrats on a great season Joseph! Nothing to be ashamed about for sure! Just gotta somehow figure out how to set up the car when the track is slick, when you do, obviously you'll be able to race like you want! Hopefully in the off season ya'll can get some answers!

A big motor would have actually made things even worse, this particular race.
But yeah, they need to get that new motor dialed in for next season, for sure.
I'm telling ya gentlemen, after the fix on the jig... Not the same car. Sell this chassis and get a new one, something is tweaked on that chassis.
I also wondered that but, would Longhorn let it go out the door bent? Would they not say hey, we recommend a new chassis? Or did they say something and the Joiner's just say it's fine, we'll take it as is? I wonder...
@@xtr3m3fLx Seen it multiple times. Depends on alloy of tubing and sequence of weld procedure. That alone will but always affect the chassis flex/rigidness.

It was good to finally see some frustration from Joseph when he said "what are we doing wrong?" on the first night. Hopefully they can sit down as a team and figure out what they are doing to make the car get so far off on the setup.
To bad they don't have a relationship with a top team to help get some info.

Good job HTF guys! need to get with some of your friends like Winger and get them to explain how to make it stick in the the slick when it slows down. Definitely need more rear weight shifted to rear of car for better traction and hook. Love what y'all do, not being critical! More rear weight is the key when the track is like that!
Joseph got a lot faster the night before when the track slowed down. Watch the video at the end again. He was baffled. Something on the car wasn't right.
yeah, I think because the night before it was slick but a little wet. The second night it was dry slick and he peeled the tires spinning them off the turns and down the straights. Probably needs more weight and less gear. But what do I know. My knowledge is from 20 years ago. I could most assuredly be wrong on these newer cars. I do think physics is still physics though.@@stevofromiowa

These big ass cars are 2 big for the limited 6200-6400 rpm with these 602/604s crates. The engines are capable of handling more RPMs they need more valve spring they really do !

Well poop! That’s a crapper! Dang! Maybe next time. Darn! Good job though. It sucks as good as you guys ran all season to run 16th and just not know why in the final race for all the money. It just doesn’t seem right but it happens sometimes. You guys had a good year chasing the championship and have a few more races left to

Looks as if the 10 car was fighting a loose condition the whole race.. only got worse as the fuel load got lighter.. rear weight % is extremely important on a dry slick track.. if you can’t get traction coming out of the turns , your going to spin the tires which wears them out.. they don’t know how to fix this problem , you can tell from the bewildered looks from the crew, I’ll remind Joiner when he said , way back , “we know more than they do”..tough luck .. that new Longhorn hasn’t brought them any more luck than the Capital did…second place is better than where the rest of the field finished… get the chip off your shoulders and seek out experienced help, is the kind of advice needed here..

That's not going to happen the Crown Jewel tracks will never run a regional series their series is too small.
