If you compare how much electricity it takes to kill someone and how much electricity he uses on average, people would be running away from this dude more so than bakugo.

i have a power lv scouter (yes its dragon ball type i couldn't find a different one but i got 2) and it normal handles power lvs like this without heating i scanned deku's and its practically the same as all mights and goku's power lv is 19.8 quintillion but for some reason the scouter broke after denki got angry i tried with my other scouter and that broke as well but before both broke i tested on cows and pigs for both and they worked i used it on zeno and it worked (let me just say zeno's power lv has 5000000 quintillion 0s) so i don't get it the scounter is equipped with enhancers that help it stay in one piece but somehow denki broke it
