Isolating background noise makes the video awkward.
None of the background noise is isolated, just my mic only picking up my conversation. With the background noise you wouldn’t be able to hear me.

Dealing with what guy? I always am happy to deal with anyone, but I do get serious in negotiations
I made deals with everyone and everyone was happy! Nobody felt disrespected.
Stop beating ppl up on their prices....they give in to you cause you tell then where you have to be. When they come down on other cards you continue to beat them down. If it's an unrealistic comp sure then just pass on it.....
