when i was 15yrs old, i tried committing suicide. i took 20 pills. i was so close to death. my whole body swelled up. i got bumps all over my body. my throat was startin to close up and i could barely even breathe. i knew i was seconds away from death. i was gasping for air. i got scared and regretted it right away. i wished ive never done it. for the first time in my life, i cried out to God and told him i dont wanna die. i jus need help. plz help me. plz help me. i wept. within seconds, i felt this warmth, love and peace surround me. i knew for a fact it was God. within seconds, he healed my whole body. i could breathe. swelling was gone. he instantly delivered me from suicidal thoughts and depression after strugglin with it for 6yrs. psychiatrists and psychologists and takin their medicine never helped. the only thing that WORKED was when i cried out to God and asked him for help. he instantly saved me and delivered me and performed miracles on me. he gave me a new outlook on life. for once in my life i actually wanted to live and not die. that was something odd for me cuz for 6yrs i wanted to die so bad. my mom had cancer and shes the reason why i tried taking my life cuz i didnt wanna lose her. i lost her at 16yrs old and lost my dad at 17yrs old. i didnt kno Jesus until i was 24 n a half yrs old. im 25 now n my relationship with Jesus is so strong. hes helped me change into a whole diff person. ppl actually see the miraculous change in me. if it wasnt for Jesus, id be dead right now. The only healer u need is Jesus. hes our healer. Go to Jesus for healing. im living proof 😊💖 Jesus loves u😊💖 he wants u to repent and forsake ur sins, be born again and place ur faith n trust in him. start havin a personal relationship with Jesus and obey him 😊💖

I was too guys for years. We have to repent. Something i thought i did but i didn't think it mattered since by faith we are saved. But if we are truly saved we must prove it by our works. Its like saying you love a family member or whoever but you never show it. You dont talk to them, you dont do nice things etc. Its like that with God. Its not enough to just believe and say yea i love him but im just going to ignore everything else lol. So we are not saved by our works but we must be transformed by the renewing of our mind. Naturally if we renew our mind we want to do things for God because we love him and trust him. Lol i literally did the 1st step and then stopped. We we get close to him he can get close to us.

Dat your not saved by works. When you allow God to change you, you will no longer want to sin. You are able to change and do good things because your allowing the Lord to change your thinking by His word and being honest with Him. But just say God im struggling please help me and let Him by giving up sins you can. If your still struggling to stop something you need to pray and possibly go find help at a good church.
You dont PROVE your salvation the Holy Spirit shows evidence of salvation in working through you to empower you to do good works The enemy is real, but we also need to take personal responsibility and pick up our bible and read it, then do what it says. We fail, but we need to just keep giving it back to the Lord, if you fail again 2 seconds later repent and give it back to Jesus. Set aside a place where you go to pray. We literallty need to purge all of the things and people that are a distraction to us or that pull us away from Jesus. Many of us are functional atheists because we dont live like we believe what the bible says. Do you really believe that He is everything, that He is all you need? Then live like it. Do you believe that everything you have is His? Then live like it.

Pastor Chan is being real, though people may want to fight against it. I was thinking about something similar to this. Scripture tells us this very thing, that on that Day, we (and others) will have to give an account of ourselves. Also, Scripture also tells us to walk and live in the Spirit, so that when others give an account of us, they can do it with joy and not shame.

I felt the holy spirit grieve in me. i started weeping nonstop for hours. The Holy Spirit was weeping for all the lost souls. He told me to pray and plead with God for forgiveness, mercy, grace and more time for all the lost sinners. pray that they come into a repentance and God softens their heart. God doesn't want hell for us. He weeps when 1 soul goes to hell. The lil bit of grief he allowed me to feel was too much for me to bear. i told God i cant handle this grief. its too much for me. God took the grief away from me. He just wanted me to know how high, deep and wide his love really is. I had hate for my enemy and unforgiveness but God gave me HIS OWN love for my enemy. And now i have love for my enemy and ive been trying to help him get saved and be reconciled back to God. There's no way u can love ur enemies on ur own. U can only love ur enemies when u SHARE in Gods love 😊💖 God is truly beautiful and he loves you so much. He doesnt want bad for u. He wants u to know and feel how much he loves you and he is for u 😊💖 we may fail God and get mad at him, but God will never fail us and will never leave us. John 15 is a great example of what I'm talking about how JESUS says a branch united with the me- the Vine that does not bear my fruit will be cut off but a branch that does bear my fruit- will stay united with me & be pruned by The Gardner. exactly , we do works for God not to be saved but because we are grateful of what he has done. even then we fall short but its through the blood of Christ that covers us that protects us from damnation. I feel Francis Chan means well but to a recent born again christian . his preaching seems like stumbling blocks to them.
But that's not his point at all. He's preaching from Revelation 3:1-6 "To the Church at Sardis". The church had the problem that he points out and is a big problem in a lot of churches these days. And that is that people didn't seek God's approval at all, they were more concerned about what people thought. They did acts before the eyes of men, and wanted people to see them doing "Christian" things, and Jesus calls them out on that. The point that Francis Chan is making is that when we are more concerned about what people think about who we are more than who we ACTUALLY are, then there is no real faith there because Jesus does not leave the people he saves alone, he changes them (Philippians 1:6). The saved want to love God, not be admired by people, which is what Jesus rebukes the church at Sardis for and is what Francis is trying to get people to understand here.
I’ve been acting like a Christian for 7 years. Going to church. Serving. Sacrificing. And I’ve been good at it. I’ve been deceiving myself too that I’m serious or that I’m doing good stuff. My heart is not different. But today, October 19th 2023 I’m changing. Repenting. My sins are gone and I’ve been set free. Jesus rescued me. I lived a life of sin, without caring about the things god gave me. This morning I’m waking up and changing. I’m getting rid of the sin in my life and replacing it with the son. Pray for me that God would mold my heart to reflect his and show true changes to do his will

The reason we don't drink from Jesus is that we don't know Jesus. 2 reasons. (1) I've never known Him (unsaved) (2) I'm thinking I'm saved while I've started focusing on the Golden calves in front of me (ie.) prayer, church, fasting, tithing, missions (all the pharisaical attributes). These make me believe I'm a strong holy Christian. Instead of these things coming out of me because I love Him, today they come because I'm promised (falsely) that I'll get much in return for the above deeds. So instead of drinking from Christ (being a chaste virgin for Christ), I start drinking from every spring I see (committing "adultery"). That's why I'll be surprised when the day comes & the Lord asks me "who am I?" I thought I was His child (because I did all the pharisaical things) but He'll say "He never knew me". So one who is never saved will be the only person who'll not drink from Christ. Falling & getting up (with remorse & pain at having hurt my loving Savior), with the aid of the Holy Spirit within me, would be the clearest evidence of being born again. The more I drink the more my wickedness becomes evident & the more I begin to realize the enormity of the cost that was paid on Calvary) YES ALFRED...THEE MOST POWERFUL POSITION, IS ON OUR KNEES, AND OUR EYES ON HIM AND "HIS" RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Alot of folks struggle, period. I myself truly believe in the lord the most high, pray daily, but I have alot of anger, I don't tolerate everything all the time. Fact of the matter we are all sinners, so.e of us have a nature that makes us nice, and warm and bubbly, but others have a harder life and have dealt with alot of abuse and affliction, folks who have hardened themselves for the time and location. I can absolutely be an ahole, but I may not go to church regularly I do have a personal relationship with the true king. I still sin, I still lose my temper, I still swear, I still male the same mistakes, but I wake up the next day and try to do better. Jesus said follow him, not follow Christians, or follow the jews. You need to have a personal relationship with Jesus that's it
We all have sin-nature. It comes naturally to us living as human beings in the world. But this doesn't mean you should feel guilty or judge or condemn yourself for it. We must remember that we are like little children in the eyes of God. We make mistakes everyday and we learn slowly, just like how a child learns from their father. It is by making many mistakes across our lives that we come to know that God's mercy and grace covers us throughout it all. Jesus paid for our salvation and we get to live under grace because it's already been paid for. Acknowledge your sins, confess them in prayer and repent of them but don't dwell on them and feel sorry for yourself. Simply look to the father, look at his immense love for you and give thanks for this beautiful life. Just being conscious and alive is an incredible experience and it's something we are given by God. 🙏
I actually don't mind when you know the person inside-out and they're not tech savvy and don't really know the concept of putting an act. A few ladies I know above 40 would text/comment a prayer to me or to someone if they cannot have any other way to meet them just so the other end can know what they are praying and can agree and claim it in faith. I personally don't do that but point is, you can't generalize it for everyone. Although most of us will do it for show we need to give the benefit of the doubt so we can't judge people harshly :)
Not everyone is pretending. Many on here have anonymous accounts so who exactly are they impressing? Each individual prays and worships in their own way, who are you to condemn the way they connect with their Holy Father? You do you, stop worrying about what others are doing. Judge yourself. And FYI, making a comment that could cause a struggling Christian to be paranoid about how they connect with God is actually creating a spirit of self consciousness where it doesn't belong, and makes people worry about what someone *like you* thinks about their comment instead of focusing on God. Unless you yourself are perfect and without sin, you have no business judging others.

My heart been cold for a long time, I read the Bible and he has help me when I was in tough times , I feel I have forced myself to believe in Jesus because I had a hard times and I have felt like I have wronged him because I haven’t surrender my heart to him because I didn’t follow everything the Bible has said, I truly want him as my savior but I have been doing wrong all my life how do I truly accept him in my heart when it’s so cold ?
You cannot Fake Anything with God. He knows your Heart. That was the Religion of Huckleberry Finn. He said..you cannot Lie to God. I found it is really hard on you..if you do. I was married to a Mormon man and tried to love that religion as I was told I should, but really I hated it. That was a very hard lesson to learn. I broke down body and soul. But others love it..so whatever that means?
Ironically, the report from many of my friends and family would be that I take religion too seriously. I know because we have already had these conversations many times. I believe that we have to die to self, and I'm desperately fighting that fight in my own life, so they think I'm nuts. They believe you can live for yourself and your own joy and, as long as you don't mistreat other people, that's all God cares about. But God has already used the Bible to tell me what He thinks about me... He knows I'm not perfect, but He also knows I am sincerely desperate for Him to remove every blemish. The only area of my life that I think people are off in the wrong direction in their opinion versus God's is in my prayer life. My church family considers me a prayer warrior, but I don't feel like I pray nearly enough. It just so happens that my prayers seem to get answered more frequently and more powerfully than most people's, but that's not because I pray more. I think it's just because my faith is bold when I do pray. But that's proof I should be praying more, because only God knows what miracles never take place because I'm not asking for them! I feel like God wants me to be a prayer warrior, but I'm not. I look at Christ in the Bible and how He rose so early to pray and even spent all night in prayer, and then I look at the victory He had over sin as a result, and I know I'm not living up to even half of that calling. 😢 That's where I need to change.

The real question is... Why does he care what others would say about you, or even what God would say about you? What would the answers to his interview questions reveal, and what would he do with such information?
What people say of anyone does not matter. What God knows is what matters (1 John 3:20). Standing before God, this is absolutely what I know - 100%: I believe and follow Jesus Christ, the fullness of the Godhead - of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who - gave us his Word on the truth of life and death, in his book to us, the 66 books of the Bible, which have been scoured more so than any other book in human history, and has come out to be 100%, absolutely true on all that it has said, without error, and in no way at all - conflicts itself. What does this make me? A CHRISTIAN I’m not a former Roman Catholic Christian, nor former Methodist Christian, nor former Baptist Christian who was baptised at Beech Street Baptist Church by Mike Huckabee in 1993 (though all these things are true). THEY do not define what kind of Christian I am - for I do not believe we are saved when we are infant baptized, or go to communion, or go to a priest for confession, when we are baptized in order to profess our faith to a local congregation, nor a thousand other things “churches” do - or have in their statements of faith; OTHER THAN, believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior, who came down in the flesh and died for all mankind’s sins; wherein, when we believe in such - we are absolutely sealed in the Holy Spirit, because God so loved us, that he gave his only begotten Son - and when we understand and believe he so loved us, that at that moment - we are sealed, NOTHING SHALL take us from his hands - his holy hands - for we are in God the Father’s hands at that moment of belief, in Jesus Christ hands, as he stands before the Father on the right hand of him and says - “Here’s Jeff, white as snow” - regardless of what I am guilty of, I have presence with the Father; and, the Holy Spirit confirms all this, as our belief at the moment our heart and mind confirms all such (thereby, we need no confirmation practice as in Catholicism) - gives us all truth - through the Holy Spirit’s power, and through such empowerment, we live and breath and have Christ in US - ALL who believe - indeed, the entire world can believe such - murderers on death row can believe such, along with rapists and child molestors, have their stone hearts changed by such. And this is what I believe: God is greater than our hearts, as 1 John 3:20 states, and even if we condemn ourselves, he knows all things, and his only begotten Son’s work on the cross destroyed the work of sin, death - and therefore is greater than our most vile sins - wherein, sin is that which is done apart from God, yielded to - by having had yielded to the temptations of our flesh, which Satan, our adversary, wishes would lead to our own self-condemnation, and either we kill ourselves out of such; or, lose faith in God - who, in NO WAY, is responsible for our sins, which 1 John 2:16 and 1 John 1:15 firmly speak against. Stuart Twiddy if you look in the Bible at the story of Job, God have a good report of him in heaven. When Jesus was on earth he gave good report of some people and then gave bad report of the Pharisees... So God doesn’t just see the blood of the lamb covering us (although his mercy is great) he sees our sins and our stubbornness and even sometimes our rebellion. The Bible says that when we are in sin we separate ourself from God. That is why we always need to check ourselves, judge ourselves, and change our behaviors (with Gods help) in order to live a holy life (as He is holy).

I really can't stand preachers like this. It just completely side tracks and discourages christians. It takes the focus off Jesus and puts it right on you. Look Jesus said following him will bring suffering, you think that meant just persecution? No it means a life of conviction of your sin because you are SINFUL, we have victory over sin and death through Christ but we are still blood and flesh. Paul still would talk about his battles of sin. Stop focusing on Luke warm and works and what the "world" would say to God if he asked you if someone was a Christian! That's crazy. PETER looked Jesus in the face and acted like he didn't even know him before he died! Imagine that! You think peter was a "Luke warm Christian" or wasn't saved! Pastor Chan is not taking the focus away from the grace that is in christ. And is not talking about the sinful nature of our flesh which is why Peter denied christ. He is try to make people aware of why they do their good deeds. Just as yeshua said about those that do their extravagant prayers and deeds in public in order to gain the praise of other people, he said they have received their glory on earth and won't have it from the Father in heaven. This is what pastor Chan is hoping to help people realize if they do this so they can repent and be saved through christ and not care about the glory of men but of Elohim.

when i was 15yrs old, i tried committing suicide. i took 20 pills. i was so close to death. my whole body swelled up. i got bumps all over my body. my throat was startin to close up and i could barely even breathe. i knew i was seconds away from death. i was gasping for air. i got scared and regretted it right away. i wished ive never done it. for the first time in my life, i cried out to God and told him i dont wanna die. i jus need help. plz help me. plz help me. i wept. within seconds, i felt this warmth, love and peace surround me. i knew for a fact it was God. within seconds, he healed my whole body. i could breathe. swelling was gone. he instantly delivered me from suicidal thoughts and depression after strugglin with it for 6yrs. psychiatrists and psychologists and takin their medicine never helped. the only thing that WORKED was when i cried out to God and asked him for help. he instantly saved me and delivered me and performed miracles on me. he gave me a new outlook on life. for once in my life i actually wanted to live and not die. that was something odd for me cuz for 6yrs i wanted to die so bad. my mom had cancer and shes the reason why i tried taking my life cuz i didnt wanna lose her. i lost her at 16yrs old and lost my dad at 17yrs old. i didnt kno Jesus until i was 24 n a half yrs old. im 25 now n my relationship with Jesus is so strong. hes helped me change into a whole diff person. ppl actually see the miraculous change in me. if it wasnt for Jesus, id be dead right now. The only healer u need is Jesus. hes our healer. Go to Jesus for healing. im living proof 😊💖 Jesus loves u😊💖 he wants u to repent and forsake ur sins, be born again and place ur faith n trust in him. start havin a personal relationship with Jesus and obey him 😊💖

I was too guys for years. We have to repent. Something i thought i did but i didn't think it mattered since by faith we are saved. But if we are truly saved we must prove it by our works. Its like saying you love a family member or whoever but you never show it. You dont talk to them, you dont do nice things etc. Its like that with God. Its not enough to just believe and say yea i love him but im just going to ignore everything else lol. So we are not saved by our works but we must be transformed by the renewing of our mind. Naturally if we renew our mind we want to do things for God because we love him and trust him. Lol i literally did the 1st step and then stopped. We we get close to him he can get close to us.

Dat your not saved by works. When you allow God to change you, you will no longer want to sin. You are able to change and do good things because your allowing the Lord to change your thinking by His word and being honest with Him. But just say God im struggling please help me and let Him by giving up sins you can. If your still struggling to stop something you need to pray and possibly go find help at a good church.
You dont PROVE your salvation the Holy Spirit shows evidence of salvation in working through you to empower you to do good works The enemy is real, but we also need to take personal responsibility and pick up our bible and read it, then do what it says. We fail, but we need to just keep giving it back to the Lord, if you fail again 2 seconds later repent and give it back to Jesus.
Set aside a place where you go to pray. We literallty need to purge all of the things and people that are a distraction to us or that pull us away from Jesus. Many of us are functional atheists because we dont live like we believe what the bible says. Do you really believe that He is everything, that He is all you need? Then live like it. Do you believe that everything you have is His? Then live like it.

Pastor Chan is being real, though people may want to fight against it. I was thinking about something similar to this. Scripture tells us this very thing, that on that Day, we (and others) will have to give an account of ourselves. Also, Scripture also tells us to walk and live in the Spirit, so that when others give an account of us, they can do it with joy and not shame.

God said he loves that person and hes ready to forgive them if only they ask. He's ready and willing to forgive u and remember ur sins no more. It was love that none of us could express. God told me he doesnt want hell for any of us. Hes not mean at all like some of us may see him. He only warns us because he loves us so much and wants us being reconciled back to him. I felt the holy spirit grieve in me. i started weeping nonstop for hours. The Holy Spirit was weeping for all the lost souls. He told me to pray and plead with God for forgiveness, mercy, grace and more time for all the lost sinners. pray that they come into a repentance and God softens their heart. God doesn't want hell for us. He weeps when 1 soul goes to hell. The lil bit of grief he allowed me to feel was too much for me to bear. i told God i cant handle this grief. its too much for me. God took the grief away from me. He just wanted me to know how high, deep and wide his love really is. I had hate for my enemy and unforgiveness but God gave me HIS OWN love for my enemy. And now i have love for my enemy and ive been trying to help him get saved and be reconciled back to God. There's no way u can love ur enemies on ur own. U can only love ur enemies when u SHARE in Gods love 😊💖 God is truly beautiful and he loves you so much. He doesnt want bad for u. He wants u to know and feel how much he loves you and he is for u 😊💖 we may fail God and get mad at him, but God will never fail us and will never leave us. John 15 is a great example of what I'm talking about how JESUS says a branch united with the me- the Vine that does not bear my fruit will be cut off but a branch that does bear my fruit- will stay united with me & be pruned by The Gardner.
Jesus says if we love Him, we do as He commands. We are saved by welcoming Jesus into our lives, & now we follow Him because we accepted Him & denied ourselves. Works without Faith is dead. exactly , we do works for God not to be saved but because we are grateful of what he has done. even then we fall short but its through the blood of Christ that covers us that protects us from damnation.
I feel Francis Chan means well but to a recent born again christian . his preaching seems like stumbling blocks to them.
But that's not his point at all. He's preaching from Revelation 3:1-6 "To the Church at Sardis". The church had the problem that he points out and is a big problem in a lot of churches these days. And that is that people didn't seek God's approval at all, they were more concerned about what people thought. They did acts before the eyes of men, and wanted people to see them doing "Christian" things, and Jesus calls them out on that. The point that Francis Chan is making is that when we are more concerned about what people think about who we are more than who we ACTUALLY are, then there is no real faith there because Jesus does not leave the people he saves alone, he changes them (Philippians 1:6). The saved want to love God, not be admired by people, which is what Jesus rebukes the church at Sardis for and is what Francis is trying to get people to understand here.
Please read James 2:14-26. Only Christ's blood can save us, yes, but faith without deeds is dead. Hope the best!

I’ve been acting like a Christian for 7 years. Going to church. Serving. Sacrificing. And I’ve been good at it. I’ve been deceiving myself too that I’m serious or that I’m doing good stuff. My heart is not different. But today, October 19th 2023 I’m changing. Repenting. My sins are gone and I’ve been set free. Jesus rescued me. I lived a life of sin, without caring about the things god gave me.
This morning I’m waking up and changing. I’m getting rid of the sin in my life and replacing it with the son.
Pray for me that God would mold my heart to reflect his and show true changes to do his will

The reason we don't drink from Jesus is that we don't know Jesus. 2 reasons. (1) I've never known Him (unsaved)
(2) I'm thinking I'm saved while I've started focusing on the Golden calves in front of me (ie.) prayer, church, fasting, tithing, missions (all the pharisaical attributes). These make me believe I'm a strong holy Christian. Instead of these things coming out of me because I love Him, today they come because I'm promised (falsely) that I'll get much in return for the above deeds. So instead of drinking from Christ (being a chaste virgin for Christ), I start drinking from every spring I see (committing "adultery"). That's why I'll be surprised when the day comes & the Lord asks me "who am I?" I thought I was His child (because I did all the pharisaical things) but He'll say "He never knew me".
So one who is never saved will be the only person who'll not drink from Christ. Falling & getting up (with remorse & pain at having hurt my loving Savior), with the aid of the Holy Spirit within me, would be the clearest evidence of being born again. The more I drink the more my wickedness becomes evident & the more I begin to realize the enormity of the cost that was paid on Calvary) YES ALFRED...THEE MOST POWERFUL POSITION, IS ON OUR KNEES, AND OUR EYES ON HIM AND "HIS" RIGHTEOUSNESS.
God's love is real just walk outside and you'll feel it God is real he created you. Without him you wouldn't even be able to not believe in him.

Alot of folks struggle, period. I myself truly believe in the lord the most high, pray daily, but I have alot of anger, I don't tolerate everything all the time. Fact of the matter we are all sinners, so.e of us have a nature that makes us nice, and warm and bubbly, but others have a harder life and have dealt with alot of abuse and affliction, folks who have hardened themselves for the time and location. I can absolutely be an ahole, but I may not go to church regularly I do have a personal relationship with the true king. I still sin, I still lose my temper, I still swear, I still male the same mistakes, but I wake up the next day and try to do better. Jesus said follow him, not follow Christians, or follow the jews. You need to have a personal relationship with Jesus that's it
We all have sin-nature. It comes naturally to us living as human beings in the world. But this doesn't mean you should feel guilty or judge or condemn yourself for it.
We must remember that we are like little children in the eyes of God. We make mistakes everyday and we learn slowly, just like how a child learns from their father.
It is by making many mistakes across our lives that we come to know that God's mercy and grace covers us throughout it all.
Jesus paid for our salvation and we get to live under grace because it's already been paid for.
Acknowledge your sins, confess them in prayer and repent of them but don't dwell on them and feel sorry for yourself.
Simply look to the father, look at his immense love for you and give thanks for this beautiful life. Just being conscious and alive is an incredible experience and it's something we are given by God. 🙏

I actually don't mind when you know the person inside-out and they're not tech savvy and don't really know the concept of putting an act. A few ladies I know above 40 would text/comment a prayer to me or to someone if they cannot have any other way to meet them just so the other end can know what they are praying and can agree and claim it in faith. I personally don't do that but point is, you can't generalize it for everyone.
Although most of us will do it for show we need to give the benefit of the doubt so we can't judge people harshly :)
Not everyone is pretending. Many on here have anonymous accounts so who exactly are they impressing? Each individual prays and worships in their own way, who are you to condemn the way they connect with their Holy Father? You do you, stop worrying about what others are doing. Judge yourself. And FYI, making a comment that could cause a struggling Christian to be paranoid about how they connect with God is actually creating a spirit of self consciousness where it doesn't belong, and makes people worry about what someone *like you* thinks about their comment instead of focusing on God. Unless you yourself are perfect and without sin, you have no business judging others.

spending time in the bible helps a lot. pray and ask God to help u with every single thing ur struggling with and he'll help u. ull start to see urself mature in Christ even if its a lil at a time. growth will happen. i was the same exact way. but God says not by might, nor by strength, but by my Spirit says the Lord. we need the help of the Holy Spirit. we cant do anythin on our own. we'll just fail. we need to fully rely on his help. ull get better once u grow in ur relationship with Christ. God once told me to learn from Christ and let Jesus teach me by readin the gospels of Matthew Mark Luke and John. As we behold his glory, we are changed by him. Jesus says take my yoke and learn from me, for i am meek and lowly and u will find rest for ur souls. we need to see the life Jesus lived if we wanna be transformed by him. reading the 4 gospels will help.

What he means is that the life you live in public is the same one you should live in private when alone with God. God knows you’re a sinner but that’s so not his focus. His focus is that you pray and search him when no one is watching and that makes you steal servant for Him.

The Holy Spirit entered my body. i really felt it when he entered me. i was filled with peace, love and comfort. God shared his love with me and gave me understanding of how much he really loves all of us. God loves the worst person out there. Even a murderer who killed 50 million ppl. God said he loves that person and hes ready to forgive them if only they ask. He's ready and willing to forgive u and remember ur sins no more. It was love that none of us could express. God told me he doesnt want hell for any of us. Hes not mean at all like some of us may see him. He only warns us because he loves us so much and wants us being reconciled back to him. I felt the holy spirit grieve in me. i started weeping nonstop for hours. The Holy Spirit was weeping for all the lost souls. He told me to pray and plead with God for forgiveness, mercy, grace and more time for all the lost sinners. pray that they come into a repentance and God softens their heart. God doesn't want hell for us. He weeps when 1 soul goes to hell. The lil bit of grief he allowed me to feel was too much for me to bear. i told God i cant handle this grief. its too much for me. God took the grief away from me. He just wanted me to know how high, deep and wide his love really is. I had hate for my enemy and unforgiveness but God gave me HIS OWN love for my enemy. And now i have love for my enemy and ive been trying to help him get saved and be reconciled back to God. There's no way u can love ur enemies on ur own. U can only love ur enemies when u SHARE in Gods love 😊💖 God is truly beautiful and he loves you so much. He doesnt want bad for u. He wants u to know and feel how much he loves you and he is for u 😊💖 we may fail God and get mad at him, but God will never fail us and will never leave us. I know this from experience😊 Jesus loves u 💖😊 read the bible starting in the book of John 😊 The NLT version is more easier to understand than KJV 😊💖

My heart been cold for a long time, I read the Bible and he has help me when I was in tough times , I feel I have forced myself to believe in Jesus because I had a hard times and I have felt like I have wronged him because I haven’t surrender my heart to him because I didn’t follow everything the Bible has said, I truly want him as my savior but I have been doing wrong all my life how do I truly accept him in my heart when it’s so cold ?

You cannot Fake Anything with God. He knows your Heart. That was the Religion of Huckleberry Finn. He said..you cannot Lie to God. I found it is really hard on you..if you do. I was married to a Mormon man and tried to love that religion as I was told I should, but really I hated it. That was a very hard lesson to learn. I broke down body and soul. But others love it..so whatever that means?

Ironically, the report from many of my friends and family would be that I take religion too seriously. I know because we have already had these conversations many times. I believe that we have to die to self, and I'm desperately fighting that fight in my own life, so they think I'm nuts. They believe you can live for yourself and your own joy and, as long as you don't mistreat other people, that's all God cares about. But God has already used the Bible to tell me what He thinks about me... He knows I'm not perfect, but He also knows I am sincerely desperate for Him to remove every blemish. The only area of my life that I think people are off in the wrong direction in their opinion versus God's is in my prayer life. My church family considers me a prayer warrior, but I don't feel like I pray nearly enough. It just so happens that my prayers seem to get answered more frequently and more powerfully than most people's, but that's not because I pray more. I think it's just because my faith is bold when I do pray. But that's proof I should be praying more, because only God knows what miracles never take place because I'm not asking for them! I feel like God wants me to be a prayer warrior, but I'm not. I look at Christ in the Bible and how He rose so early to pray and even spent all night in prayer, and then I look at the victory He had over sin as a result, and I know I'm not living up to even half of that calling. 😢 That's where I need to change.

The real question is... Why does he care what others would say about you, or even what God would say about you? What would the answers to his interview questions reveal, and what would he do with such information?

What people say of anyone does not matter. What God knows is what matters (1 John 3:20). Standing before God, this is absolutely what I know - 100%:
I believe and follow Jesus Christ, the fullness of the Godhead - of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who - gave us his Word on the truth of life and death, in his book to us, the 66 books of the Bible, which have been scoured more so than any other book in human history, and has come out to be 100%, absolutely true on all that it has said, without error, and in no way at all - conflicts itself.
What does this make me? A CHRISTIAN
I’m not a former Roman Catholic Christian, nor former Methodist Christian, nor former Baptist Christian who was baptised at Beech Street Baptist Church by Mike Huckabee in 1993 (though all these things are true). THEY do not define what kind of Christian I am - for I do not believe we are saved when we are infant baptized, or go to communion, or go to a priest for confession, when we are baptized in order to profess our faith to a local congregation, nor a thousand other things “churches” do - or have in their statements of faith; OTHER THAN, believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior, who came down in the flesh and died for all mankind’s sins; wherein, when we believe in such - we are absolutely sealed in the Holy Spirit, because God so loved us, that he gave his only begotten Son - and when we understand and believe he so loved us, that at that moment - we are sealed,
NOTHING SHALL take us from his hands - his holy hands - for we are in God the Father’s hands at that moment of belief, in Jesus Christ hands, as he stands before the Father on the right hand of him and says - “Here’s Jeff, white as snow” - regardless of what I am guilty of, I have presence with the Father; and, the Holy Spirit confirms all this, as our belief at the moment our heart and mind confirms all such (thereby, we need no confirmation practice as in Catholicism) - gives us all truth - through the Holy Spirit’s power, and through such empowerment, we live and breath and have Christ in US - ALL who believe - indeed, the entire world can believe such - murderers on death row can believe such, along with rapists and child molestors, have their stone hearts changed by such.
And this is what I believe:
God is greater than our hearts, as 1 John 3:20 states, and even if we condemn ourselves, he knows all things, and his only begotten Son’s work on the cross destroyed the work of sin, death - and therefore is greater than our most vile sins - wherein, sin is that which is done apart from God, yielded to - by having had yielded to the temptations of our flesh, which Satan, our adversary, wishes would lead to our own self-condemnation, and either we kill ourselves out of such; or, lose faith in God - who, in NO WAY, is responsible for our sins, which 1 John 2:16 and 1 John 1:15 firmly speak against.
YET, despite Lucifer’s sin of pride, which Lucifer was responsible for, not God; and, despite our failing to - in the name of God, tell Satan to - GET THEE BE GONE; God, even so, so loves us - he forgives what we do in our fallen nature and in the flesh, and promises - if we believe in his love for us, through his only begotten Son, we shall not perish, but have eternal life.
What does this make me? It does not make me a CathoMethoBaptist Christian.

Stuart Twiddy if you look in the Bible at the story of Job, God have a good report of him in heaven. When Jesus was on earth he gave good report of some people and then gave bad report of the Pharisees... So God doesn’t just see the blood of the lamb covering us (although his mercy is great) he sees our sins and our stubbornness and even sometimes our rebellion. The Bible says that when we are in sin we separate ourself from God. That is why we always need to check ourselves, judge ourselves, and change our behaviors (with Gods help) in order to live a holy life (as He is holy).
I think if anyone went to God and asked about me. He would respond go speak to my Son.

Why do you seek a man for the word of God? Why not read the bible and read the very words of Jesus Christ? The bible is holy is blessed Jesus himself said to read the holy scripture is a blessing, not listening to a man preach on youtube.

I really can't stand preachers like this. It just completely side tracks and discourages christians. It takes the focus off Jesus and puts it right on you. Look Jesus said following him will bring suffering, you think that meant just persecution? No it means a life of conviction of your sin because you are SINFUL, we have victory over sin and death through Christ but we are still blood and flesh. Paul still would talk about his battles of sin. Stop focusing on Luke warm and works and what the "world" would say to God if he asked you if someone was a Christian! That's crazy. Your relationship with Jesus is between you and him simple as that. He knows your heart and knows ur desires even if your failing tremendously. PETER looked Jesus in the face and acted like he didn't even know him before he died! Imagine that! You think peter was a "Luke warm Christian" or wasn't saved! Or Jesus didn't except him into heaven! NO Way! Jesus loved peter and knew his flesh was ugly, and was a deeper rooted issues in why he denyed him. He was afraid. fearful! This guy annoys me I'm sorry. Start talking about how great we are in Jesus regardless of our shortcomings.
Pastor Chan is not taking the focus away from the grace that is in christ. And is not talking about the sinful nature of our flesh which is why Peter denied christ. He is try to make people aware of why they do their good deeds. Just as yeshua said about those that do their extravagant prayers and deeds in public in order to gain the praise of other people, he said they have received their glory on earth and won't have it from the Father in heaven. This is what pastor Chan is hoping to help people realize if they do this so they can repent and be saved through christ and not care about the glory of men but of Elohim.
