I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for watching my video until the end. It truly brings me joy to share this warm message with you..🤍 Thank you very much.
Do you always tend to finish all the work (mostly study) assigned for the day and go to sleep? Or you just put for the next day, I try to complete but at the end of the day when I see that there is still more I often get frustrated, even if I stay up late mostly I spend time unproductively just by thinking how to get done with the content, I destroyed my sleep schedule for this, can you please help me?
First of all, I make it a point to complete all my planned tasks on the same day. I think it's important to evaluate if my plan is too excessive, especially if it's affecting my sleep patterns and daily life. I recommend maintaining a consistent sleep schedule of 5-7 hours and creating an efficient timeline table to study. Insufficient sleep can hinder your study efforts the next day, so it's best to have a fixed bedtime and wake-up time. Also, allocate specific study times and break your schedule into 1-hour or 30-minute intervals. During these intervals, focus as much as possible to achieve your goals. Create a checklist (to-do list) and mark tasks that you couldn't complete. You can compensate for those tasks during other times, such as meal times, before bed, or during free or leftover time after finishing all your studies. By repeating this activity, you will learn how long it takes to complete each task on your to-do list. This will help you create more realistic and achievable plans. I hope this has been helpful to you :)
I've got my exams from tomorrow! (gotta grind and again THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR THE UPLOAD)
Oh really? It's amazing how the timing worked out!😆 You worked so hard on your exam today :)
@@dr.meonji the first exam went well!! thanks to you and your videos 💓💓
