@@ashnahanda9769 too much. Take 100 max. I sometimes take 50 and That's all. Remember to exercise. It will neutralize any bad effects of modafinil. Remmeber even the fruits you eat have been injected with chemicals. Only rich people eat organic things today. Thats why being rich is the biggest priority right now. Combine modafinil with l theanine which will again reduce it's effects. Think of it this way. You are smoking which is bad but then you exercise a lot. This way you eliminate the bad with good. Matcha contains l theanine and is the healthiest thing ever. But difficult to get your hands on. I had a freind bring it from japan. India mostly has fake ones. Try getting a hand on it and if you can't then atleast buy lopchu fop tea. This will also calm you down and give you the optimum state. I am happy i am able to study more. It makes you focused and motivated and it's difficult to procrastinate. Good luck.
