At 37:01, I noticed perhaps Simpleflips had too much success and support in his weight loss journey. He had become effectively weightless in any human scale.
I am actually so glad that Simple continued SM74EE after all this time these vids are really entertaining for me just to see the skill level Simple has as to what is his type of “casual” whereas people like me don’t do kaizo or extreme hacks and would consider most of this a living nightmare
Funnily enough, I played this for fun ages back. I remember struggling with some stages back then, and I couldn't beat the first Bowser stage. Now, I look at these and think I could do them. Maybe not as efficiently as Mr. Flips, but it surprises me that it looks easier than I remembered. ...it's still hard, though. Watching Simpleflips play this now gives a great contrast between his skill back then vs now. It astounds me how far he's come all around.
