Hey there, i have the same vialle liquid si system and im trying to calibrate it, i have been reading a lot and trying different setups with the horizontal line and first of i did autocalibration with the maximum load on the system at iddle...The problem is that the car consumption is abnormal and the power is not all there! I want to tweak the yellow dots and try to do it manually but i can’t, can you help me out? Thank you very much!

Is it possible to use the stock petrol injectors and everything stock and just change the fuel lines, so instead of petrol being feed to the injectors there will be lpg, i dont see why that wouldn't work.
They might be many reasons of this problem but you need to use the computer and lpg software to check the problem. So you need to check at your installer.
well done, the liquid injection is a good , but....what about direct petrol injection engines? I believe that the petrol injectors can be used for both fuels with dual feed and return..... will see in the future....
not at all, firstly the engine needs to be evacuated of the petrol/LPG before switching over, secondly the petrol lines are not designed for the LPG to run through the tubes they use are designed specifically for compressed gasses and extreme cold

LPG (Liquefied Patrol Gas) the pressure of the liquid LPG in the tank is to small to transport the LPG as a fluid under constance pressure to the Injectors. Vialle therefore uses a High Pressure pump to transporting the liquid LPG to the injectors. The Engine Control Unit (ECU) of the engine opens with certain intervals the gas injectors so that the liquid LPG can expand to its Gasification level in the manifold.
It looks as if this is just a liquid injection type system and as such does not provide a good alternative fuel system. The LPG should be already in a gaseous form if it is to be placed in the intake system. Also it is advisable to eliminate the regular fuel system so you can raise the compression ratio on the engine & and thus benefit greatly in horsepower from the high octane rating of LPG when compared to the low octane of modern gasoline engines. I would look for a gaseous system and one that allows ONLY LPG or CNG ; Forget gasoline if you want high horsepower & greater efficiency available with a high octane fuel like LPG/CNG .
Go and study you illiterate halfwit. Liquid injection of LPG is far, far superior to vapor injection: It has a higher power output and also allows cold starts. Also, not everyone cares about maximising horsepower so stop acting like your opinion is shared by everyone and finally there's more than one way to increase the compression ratio.

injector can freeze. lpg can low temperature to -40c degree. when change liquid to gas.

Can you mix injector installation methods on the same engine, ie, some injectors mounted direct to inlet manifold, with one or more mounted via hose?

can i cut the hoses running from the reducer to the heater if im not useing the lpg on the car? im wanting to re connect the heater!

So this is liquid injection but the engine in Port Injected, from what I see is 1.4 16V Fiat Engine with 77 kw ?
There's an easy way to tell if it's liquid injection or not: liquid injection doesn't need a coolant line connection

Can anyone tell me why there is a fuel pump at the tank. I would have thought the pressure in the tank is plenty to run the fuel.
