thank you, i will try this with sardines today. we have some beautiful rainbow chard. we always eat the stems though and you can only get allicin form garlic if it is raw, and it activates only twenty minutes after Crushing it. this is why you need to Crush the garlic and eat it raw immediately. pre-peeled garlic is really not going to do much for people. you also need local organic garlic grown in your area. viva italia! thank you again. have a great day and we love your video. allicin has been proven (even noted at NIH) to kill cancer cells, so it is worth the effort to eat it raw after crushing it. :)

@dolphinwarrior Thank you so much for this very important info on garlic!! Yes, I too make it a point to eat any stems I can, with its greens.

Swiss chard is a nutritional powerhouse
an excellent source of vitamins K, A, and C, as well as a good source of magnesium, potassium, iron, and dietary fiber.
wonderful recipe to follow step by step
Have a nice day , Tom

This is one of my favorite veggies. I do add chick peas, just a personal thing, and that's not a side dish. It's dinner!!

you know your pan is barely over the flame. Is that in purpose , so it doesn't burn?

Swiss chard is extremely high in potassium, which is good for blood pressure and counteracts the high sodium levels in the standard American diet!

Nice, I'm going to grow some. Not common here in Ireland. Apparently has vitamin K also. Gonna try grow the red stalk kind (as seen here) as other videos said it's more sweet!
