Make sure that you get the correct idle pulley measure. The first time the Auto Parts store sold me the idler pulley that goes on the tensioner.

On my DTS, I couldn't get it in with the inner piece snugged down. After loosening it, the pulley went in easy. Everything tightened up nicely. Amazing how the basics of this engine stayed the same for so long.
