While Converting this UI to Web Page we also get the color bendings while using blur effects on our backgrounds. But we cannot add noise layer on top of our webpage bcz it wont let us interact with the page i.e button click or color pick etc [in Short Mouse clicks wont work]. so can we add noise to the objects separately rather than a single layer on Top of everything
