KR17 YWP - Please don't cut the car queue

No one usually likes waiting in a car queue - the roadworks are taking its toll on all commuters.
Cutting the queue only upsets others who had to wait and causes unnecessary risk on the road.
If you were in a hurry, consider planning more time ahead before travelling.
Events that happened:
KR17 YMP is seen jumping a long queue , outraging many drivers, horns going off and swearing.
Making the cut, it appears a noble act of giving money to a beggar (although Begging is a criminal offence under section 3 of the Vagrancy Act 1824 ) maybe to attempt to redeem the transgression?
Once a car queue jumper, always a car queue jumper, history repeats itself at the 2 minute mark, with more cutting , swearing and cursing.
This event happened on Friday 9th of July at around 5pm, near Southall Station, southall, middlesex
